Fits perfect. I’m a size 4/6. 130 lbs. small torso it doesn’t curl up. It’s flat. I haven’t worn it around outside yet just tried it on to snap a pic. But I think it will do the job. I plan on wearing it for support while sitting at work all day and to work out I’m may even wear it to bed because it’s really comfortable. I got it In a small.

This is a "good" waist trainer for the price. It's very comfortable which means it probably isn't doing too much. However, it does provide some compression in the aids with more of a silhouette figure. I typically wear waist trainers that are a lot more firm and have six to eight bones in them. I will wear this at night to bed and as a backup waist trainer. If you're trying to get used to waist training this is definitely a good one to start with. For reference, I'm 143 lbs, 5 foot 3, and a 29 inch waist. I purchased a medium.

Does exactly what I needed. a little extra waist, belly and back support. Feels good. Long torso and covers well- comfortable under clothes and adjusts easily to tighten. I got the medium- felt tight stretch when first put on- but after wearing all day- probably could've even gone to small (to get the most tightening waist benefit) I am small built- 123lbs very short waisted so need all the help I can get lol

This is a good product I thought it was more of a waist trainer but it’s more like very stretchy spanx it’s very very stretchy the bones are not very strong there’s actually no bones really its just OK for the price but definitely looking for something to train my waist and I just spanx

When it arrived:I ordered this trainer on a Thursday and it arrived on a Wednesday so it was shipped pretty timely regardless of the fact that Amazon told me it would take almost a month to come, in fact I think it would've gotten here in three days if I ordered it on a Monday so I would recommend thatWhat I like about it:I really really really like this waist trainer, it fits snug but definitely not too tight I would describe it as a hugging fit. If you're looking for that hourglass sort of shape, this is something you might want to invest in!!! Now I got a size small but since I'm kinda petite as it is, the size small didn't hug me as tightly as I would've hoped but no problem I'm currently ordering an xs and I'm sure I'll be even more satisfied with my purchase, in the meantime I'm still wearing the trainerThe actual waist trainer:It's warm and airy!! I live in the coastal area of California so it gets windy and pretty chilly at times so the waist trainer combined with my clothing makes for a cozy time and for those not so cold days the trainer has pores that allow proper air circulation, great for if you wanna go for a jog and look sexy in your workout get up, I think exercising with this thing on would help target you tummy problem areas too, I just got it today so I haven't tried it out yet though. the material isn't itchy that's what my main concern was when I ordered it, because I know stretchy material can get very uncomfortable but the material of this trainer is as comfortable and laid back as my lazy leggingsI'm very satisfied with this waist trainer!! I have been wanting to see what this waist training hype was all about, but I decided to wait to purchase a trainer because I was not about to spend $60 or more for one. I was really excited I found this seller because the price was $4.99 plus shipping which was the same price as the trainer. The waist trainer arrived within two weeks which surprised me because this was the first order I placed on Amazon, and I was skeptical about it because I have heard other customers complain about the amount of time it takes to receive an order, especially one placed overseas, but I didn’t have that issue.When I first tried to waist trainer on I was a little shocked because it was my first time wearing a trainer and it was snug to say the least. I didn’t officially start wearing the trainer until the following day. I like how the trainer is comfortable to wear when I am working out, and when I am just lounging around the house or running errands. I originally started wearing it for a few hours, and now I am up to 6 to 8 hours. Since the waist trainer arrived July 20 to now I have lost 8 inches on my waist. My goal is to lose 8 more.I have read some of the reviews that have said the waist trainer does not fit right, and I didn’t have that issue because I ordered the size that I currently am, and not the size I am trying to get to which is where I think the fitting issues are happening. Also, I must state that I have been using my waist trainer in addition to my workouts and NOT a substitute for it which is probably why I have had such success with it. I love the defined waist I now have, and I highly recommend this seller and this product.

This trainer is made of a mesh. It's nice and doesn't generate the sweat like some trainers. I would have liked it to be a bit longer but I'm alright since I'm used to things being short because I have a long torso. For the price it's not that bad.

I ordered this to wear under a bridesmaid gown and i was really excited about it. When i got it i immediately tried it on and it smoother everything but didn’t really flatten like i wanted.I put it on 2 times before the wiring decided to split on it. Of course this happened the day before i was due to wear it. I had to jab the wiring back into place and suffer through during the ceremony. If i could return this and get my money back i would. Definitely NOT worth the money.
