all plastic floss brushes find please

I am not sure what your question is but I use these brushes after every meal now after using a normal toothbrush and am regularly surprised at the number of pieces of food that they remove but the old style brush missed. I buy them through Amazon.

I have used others of different colours and I use until they are broken or worn out. So yes they are reusable up till they are not usable.

Are these supposed to glide up and down between a tooth? Mine will only go through the base of the tooth where its widest or just bends?

They will go up and down if the tooth gap is large enough otherwise use floss for this and the TePe brushes for scrubbing around on teeth at the gum line. Brilliant improvement over standard TePes.

How do you know what size to get? The gaps in my teeth are quite narrow so is blue the right size?

If you're new to this product then you won't know which size to get. You need to buy a mixed size sample and try them out to see which sizes work best for you. It's a decent investment if you value your oral health.
