How do you know if you have a 5Ghz or 2.4 GHz router?

Normally most router is 2.4Ghz, and most 5Ghz router are dual-band router which also compatible with 2.4Ghz signel.

I have no wifi, will I be able to set these up, then push one button on the remote to turn on 4 at a time, as if it's the normal lights of the room?
