Check valve failure
The product is a check valve used on a hot tub. It is supposed to prevent tub water from flowing backwards into the hot tub's ozonator. The check valve worked fine for about six weeks and then failed miserably. Replaced it with a new one from local hot tub store...has worked fine ever since.
