I own the 6” clamps and love them — can I attach one 6” and one 12” together?

Not exactly sure ... but if yours has the double dovetail on the fixed end they should work. The only issue I can see is if the the 6" clamp bar is a different size. Best to check the Jorgensen site...

Where are these made?

Where are Pony Tools (Jorgensen Bar Clamps) made? Although a handful of complete products are imported, the majority of tools are assembled in the Chicago factory with globally and domestically sourced components. Jim Benson :-)

what is the pressure rating?

Not sure of the rating - they are decent speed clamps for parts handling etc - but I wouldn’t trust them for glue ups etc. We moved to higher end clamps in our shop.
