This product does exactly what it says it does. My hair feels clean and very soft as the conditioner and mixed with the shampoo is a perfect blend. The smell is nice as well, but I am most happy with the way that it leaves my hair looking and feeling. After using this product, I don’t have to wash my hair for a couple days and it still looks and feels nice instead of extremely oily and dirty, like it did before I used this product

I'm a Jack Black fan. They make useful, high performing products that i really love. This product is both a shampoo and conditioner. Many other shampoos I have tried have both but they do not rinse out well plus they leave an oily residue on my shoulders and back. This shampoo cleans well, conditions my hair so that it has a soft feel without being oily and rinses out better than any 2 in 1 shampoo / conditioner I have tried. Jack Black products are personal favorites - I have a lot and use them all the time. This will be my go-to shampoo as long as I still have hair. Recommended

Jack Black makes good products, albeit expensive products, and this shampoo/conditioner is no exception. I like the option of only using one container to both shampoo and condition, but like I said it is expensive and one other thing....it will sting your eyes like nothing you've experienced. I repeat, do not let this get anywhere near your eyes. Sometimes you cannot help getting a little on your face and possibly your eyes, but trust me, do not make that mistake with this product. The eye stinging and expense are really the only negatives with this product. It smells really clean and leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny.

Works great like all Jack Black products. Do not need to use very much! Will last a long time.

I used Jack Black's old blue bottle shampoo for a few years before purchasing this. I was very happy with that product and somewhat disappointed when they discontinued the separate shampoo and conditioner. I feel that this product is inferior. In my opinion, it's a compromise in that while you get both shampoo and conditioner in one bottle, the conditioner aspect is lacking. My hair doesn't feel all that smooth with this product--it's as if it's just shampoo. It does smell nice and works well enough for me though. I do this that overall they could do better with individually bottled shampoo and conditioner. For what it's worth, my bottle came with a snap cap, not a pump on the top.

I only use shampoo every other day to try and keep my hair as healthy as possible. I have never in my life spent this much money on shampoo before, but this has been on my wishlist and I finally ran out of my previous one, so I took the plunge. All I can say is wow! I have only used this maybe 4 times in total since I got it, and my hair feels amazing. It's the softest, thickest it's ever felt and almost seems like it's healthier than ever before, it's so weird. I will say, at first I wasn't sure as it felt like maybe my hair wasn't clean. Bu that's not it, it's that my hair hasn't been this moisturized I don't think ever in my life, and it sits on my head better and falls in shape better now too. So wild! Anyway, I never write reviews but was so pleased with this purchase I had to! I only buy shampoo maybe once every six months, so the price is 100% worth it to me!

Pricey but it was for a present. Recipient seams to really like it and enjoy the smell too.
