Used these so much right after my c section they didn’t make me feel cold like regular ice packs did and they were so easy to use with the way they were flexible they stayed in places amazingly they fit really, relieved my pain almost immediately and they never ever leaked the entire 4 months I used them and still don’t with occasional use now

This is my fourth pregnancy and I wish I would have bought these sooner. I'm struggling with perineal swelling and needed something just like this to provide relief. The two-pack is perfect so that I can fall asleep with one and have a fresh pack to use in the morning. It's not super cold or uncomfortable, but just enough to provide relief. I won't go into detail here, but I also appreciate the removable and washable covers. If you're pregnant or postpartum, you need these!

i used these after i had my daughter and i was out of the disposable instant ice packs and it worked okay it got the job done my only complaint is it didn't stay cold long when being used! but it got me by until i could get more of the instant ones !!

Lifesaver when I was postpartum and breastfeeding!

I was hesitant after reading the reviews but went ahead and tried them anyways THEY ARE SO GOOD yes you have to refreeze them the cold stays for like 30-45 mins which is plenty to soothe you for awhile and they don’t take long at all to refreeze they are half the price of the 8 pack of the frida mom instant pad things and those last half the amount of time staying cold these also are much thinner and aren’t as uncomfortable when sitting down or anything bc the pressure on your lady parts isn’t as bad

I have no idea how this has so many good reviews :(I was so disappointed at how fast it gets warm. I got them for my chronic pain and have def used better. Honestly gets warm 2-3x quicker than my other ice packs - it feels like maybe I only get like 10 good minutes out of it if that. I’ve had the same experience with any ice pack with these beads inside so maybe it’s just the type. Hopefully it will at least not crack or break for a long time as these tend to do.I’m keeping mine for backups but ordered more of these with a freezable liquid gel that work much better. They might be good if you have mild pain but if you just had a baby or have severe perineal pain I’d opt for something else.They are soft and flexible which is something.

I loved these more than the hospital instant ice pads because they last longer and easy to switch in and out.

I’m post partum c section and my scar has a radiating burning pain and i really didn’t want to live on pain meds so i have been using these and they really help and give me some relief. I will definitely be using these more when i decide to have a second baby. They are also so small that don’t take up freezer space and stay cold for an hour they are not hard which is nice. I also use them for post partum ankle swelling

I used these postpartum ice packs for recovery after a breast lift, and they worked well for managing early swelling and discomfort. They stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, and the gentle fabric covering keeps them from feeling too harsh on the skin. For my use, the fabric reduced direct contact a bit more than necessary, but the tradeoff was added comfort.They’re easy to position, easy to clean, and effective for targeted cooling. I would recommend them for anyone needing a soft, non-abrasive cold pack during recovery.

Utilissimo, funzionano bene e diventano fredde velocemente

Fantastic item for post partum swelling. Don't stay cold huge amount of time but size fits well onto underwear and just kept alternating. I ordered 2 packs to have one on the go all the time, the sleeves they come in rinse well and dry rapidly as cant be machine washing for every use, rinse with soap and water and hang to dry. Will have other uses in future also.

Las use un día pero al poco momento dejas de sentir la frescura y con dos bebes poco tiempo tienes para estar lavando y metiendo al congelador así que no las use.

The bags are like half filled, the beads burst after 1-2 uses. Much less reliable than other products used. Would not recommend
