These 2 keys cost way less than even 1 replacement key from the dealership. After I got them cut, I programmed them according to instructions I found on YouTube. Since I already had 1 preexisting key for my car, the process was simple and took only a minute or so.The product included a card for a website with instructions on programming keys and fobs. At first I only found instructions about programming key fobs, but I was eventually able to find the same instructions I used to program my keys in their YouTube Programming Videos section.

Keys didn’t work

This was the exact key needed for my husband's Chevy uplander. The mobile locksmith came to us, cut, and programmed both keys for $105. The person who sold him the car broke the original and bought a replacement. Unfortunately the chip in the key he ordered was not programmable to his vehicle. I was afraid we'd have the same problem but these worked perfectly!

These do work, just not very well. I think its a 50/50 the cutter we had do these did not do very well. The fit the ignition and were easily programmed but did not want to turn very well. So I was kind of pissed at the cutter for not getting them very good. I figure they might work better for the doors. I tried both key and no luck, but it did take off rough edges and works in the ignition perfect. Now for the reason for only giving 3 stars. I would try and turn harder or wiggle the keys more in the door to see if I could get them to work but the key part its self feels like plastic and very light. I would be afraid of breaking them. Until now I had never had a key that was so light and feels like I could break it in half easy.

The biggest trouble I had was finding a Lock Smith willing to cut the key. I had this sitting in my car for nearly 3 years. I found one today, they tried to tell me $15.00 each to cut and program it. I told them it didn’t need programming and I only wanted it for the door, so they wanted $3.00 each to cut each key. I programmed it myself very easily and they key starts up my car without any issues. I’ve had these type of keys in the past and I’ve broken two. One I dropped and the chip rolled away and the other broke off the key ring. The one that I dropped still opens the door and I leave it at work in case I lock my keys in the car and the other I leave inside my house for an emergency sense it still works. But at this price and now that I know where to get it cut, it’s no big deal if they break after 5 years of use. I probably won’t have the car in 5 more years.

Purchased these and HomeDepot cut them for free. Easily programmed them my self.Second time buying from Keys2Go and it won't be the last.

Says it fits my car after cutting it key smith tells me it too short and missing a tooth. Useless
