Milk Chocolate !
Great texture and taste. Stores don't carry milk chocolate with that nice smooth delicate taste anymore. You'll only find death by chocolate flavors, which is ok sometimes but this stuff is perfect. Even found a box that had been overlooked and was over a year outdated. Whipped it up for grins and it still had that great texture and taste.

Can't find this wonderful mousse in grocery stores anymore. So glad it's still available at Amazon! It must be made with real milk, but using skim milk is good.

I mixed it with some whipping cream, better. Still not same as real homemade mousse. Works as a time saver.

Best quick dessert!
This is the best chocolate mousse I have found. Quick to prepare and delicious. My markets discontinued it so really happy Amazon sells it. I also use it for a tiramisu layer.
