The taste was delightful!
I donโt need 6 units! I use 8 ounces per smoothie every other day, so I found a local market that carries it !

The best of the fat-free kefirs
Plain, natural, delicious. I usually like to get the 2% but that is pretty difficult to find.

Tasted terrible
These may be effective as a probiotic, but the taste is just awful. I could not get them down and ended up throwing them out.

Product very good, not the cost
Kefir is excellent for gut health, better then yogurt, higher in probiotics, excellent source of protein. Cost better on grocery stores, shop around i buy it under $5 for 32 oz

cheaper in stores.
I like strawberry and banana flavor, I usually get it between 5-7$ in local stores. Its way too expensive here. Its great stuff, I have some every morning with a teaspoon of crushed flax seed mixed in.

Great for Smoothies - high in protein
If you're looking for a nutritious liquid yogurt type product, you might like to try this kefir. I use it in fruit smoothies. I learned about kefir in the book The 17 Day Diet: A Doctor's Plan Designed for Rapid Results. A nutritionist recommended having protein for breakfast and combining protein with fruit. I love to make fruit smoothies with this: one banana, one cup frozen berries, 1/2 cup kefir and 1/2 cup berry juice or 1/2 cup seltzer for fewer calories and grams of sugar. The protein keeps you from getting hungry said the nutritionist. You can also add vegetables to the mix for additional nutrition like cucumber or spinach. I also love to buy this in fruit flavors when I don't have time to make a smoothie in the morning. I've tried the peach, pomegranate, strawberry and raspberry and they are delicious. They are probiotic with 10 different kinds of bacteria and are naturally cultured. Kefir provides 25% of Vitamin D, 30% Calcium and 11g of Protein. This is more probiotic than yogurt and good for digestion. It's a great breakfast, lunch or snack option in a smoothie. It's probiotic with 12 live cultures per cup - it's an excellent source of calcium, protein and it's 99% lactose free.

Not Eligible for Returns
This product was delivered late, cost 3x more than it does at my local Walmart and has a non-returnable policy. I got what I ordered but still, do better.
