No more hot flashes
I've been taking these for about 6-7 weeks now. It took about a month to see any results, but I was only taking one per day instead of the recommended two. I have lots of medication sensitivities and wanted to make sure there weren't any nasty side effects before I got too much in my system. They may have worked faster if I had taken them as directed. No side effects noted and no more hot flashes. I will definitly be buying more of these.

Great Help!
Love it! Works well for me and I can tell a difference. Wish it was a 1 a day product as I hate taking pills. The size is pretty average size for swallowing. No bitter taste or smell. Certainly worth a try. I would recommend to anyone who needs relief in the mid life changes.

So far, so good!
I'm in chemo and its forcing my body into 'clinical menopause' at 47. These things put together make me a very moody girl. Physical changes and existing mood disorders - you know the rest. I'm hopeful this supplement is going to ease some of the effects brought on by aggressive chemo targeting and killing my hormones. Check with me in a month snd I'd be happy to update you :)

Didn't work for me
I switched to this from NOW hoping it would help me. With NOW you have to take 3 pills a day and that was getting old and sometimes I would forget. This one you only take 2 pills a day. It's really not working for me and my hot flashes have come back during the day where before they were pretty much gone. I'll be going back to NOW or trying another product.

Great product if they would stop jacking up prices
Love this product but since they keep jacking up the prices I found something else that works just as well.
