Will this fit a new tech cylinder arm?

ls it right for Sunstar640(flat bed) by any chance?

I am not sure for the flatbed, but for a cylinder arm by SunStar, yes it should work.

Will this work on a juki 1181n?

I am not certain. I have it on a Juki 1541s. It attaches to the frame at the back of the machine in two screw holes behind the needle and next to the hand lifter. If you have those holes, it should work.
