I started using Electrolit during a trip to Mexico when I became dehydrated. The flavor is light and it truly saved me. I have continued to use it to stay hydrated during the summer.

A little expensive but worth it. My husband and I have spent a lot of time in Mexico, and this was always our go-to for hydration. All the flavors are super tasty but the Lemon/Lime is definitely our favorite (unless they get pineapple), they do not have that syrupy salty taste that Pedialyte or other electrolyte beverages tend to have. I spent hours combing through websites and trying to find a cost-effective way to get these in the states and after a couple years, still unable to find a US website I even went so far as to send an email to the company in Mexico. Needless to say, we were overjoyed when we finally found them to be available this past year!!! Oh yeah, and they help keep my husband hydrated when he needs it the most.

Lemon Lime Electrolit was great, but then they recently changed the recipe. It has now been added food dyes, giving it an anti-freeze color. This was the best flavor, so I'm done purchasing it and will simply make my own going forward.

I was buying these whenever I found a store that had the flavors I like. Finding them in a 12 pack on Amazon was awesome ! Saved a little money too !
