Absolutely phenomenal for what its supposed to do. I actually came off of TRT because of some kidney and liver issues unrelated to this or lifting, but not fun to deal with while "on", and this product alone has done so much to help. Other herbs can be harmful etc, even some in this formula shouldn't be taken indefinitely, but the doses and choices of herbs and components is the best out there. Local Dr.'s are quacks and I'm done with TRT (which isn't inherently dangerous with low doses and a good Dr, but if they don't know what clomid or hcg is, etc, get out fast!) but needed to get my body back in some decent shape to be able to hit the gym and start rebuilding my test levels naturally. Kidney issues are serious. I wasn't doing too well on cordryceps alone and the fact this had NAC, L-Glutathione, and Milk Thistle at good doses made me snag this in a heartbeat. It worked. Im still using it and will go through one more bottle. I have been able to workout and had liver and kidney pain and elevated enzymes all go down or disappear. This is the best on cycle and post cycle support product out there. Rich was awesome at coming up with stuff like this and I wish i got the chance to meet him but I didn't, all we can do is live healthy and continue to lift in his honor. So for I'd say about the last year or so my liver enzymes have been out of whack. ALT and AST have been something like double or triple the "norm". I've done multiple blood tests to confirm this, I've also seen a liver specialist who did an ultrasound to make sure there wasn't anything off. Everything looked good, but the enzymes would still be elevated. Despite this, I started doing TRT at 100mg a week. Once I added liver and organ defender to my daily regimen, I'd say within a month or two liver enzymes were perfect again. Must be a combo between milk thistle and NAC. Its also helped a bit with the acne side effect from TRT as well, since once liver function is optimal acne will dissipate. Theres also some ingredients that help protect the skin as well. All in all, even if I wasn't on testosterone injections, I'd still use this supplement to help aid the body. Def worth the money, as sometimes I only even just take 6 capsules a day as opposed to the 9.

This product is the best and a must take for people that dabble with gear. It's expensive so i take a few times per year. I knocked one star because shipping take a very long time. I believe they only ship every month or two. Expect shipping to be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. Probably average length of time is about one month. So plan ahead. Also signing up for recurring doesn't work and they will cancel. I believe because of the shipping time.

Liver enzymes were 4x what they should be due to a rare side effect from an SNRI prescription medication I’d been taking for a little under a year.
