If anyone tried in the bbq tell us how is the taste?

It's NOT BBQ sauce. It's balsamic Glaze. If that's what you meant, it's delicious. It's thick and is a, little sweet. It's not bitter like the others. This is my favorite of all.

How long is it good for once opened?

Vinegar gets better with age; I’ve had balsamics for several years that are still good.
