I had been looking for a replacement for our old clock radio which had terrible radio reception and easily bumped off station. My husband didn't care whether it was on a station or not so the load static sound set me on edge. This little gem is perfect, small and innocuous, and the brown imitation wood look lets it blend in with the bedside table. Our favorite is the lighting level feature which can be adjusted on the clock's readout. L1 is perfect for nighttime sleep & I don't set it over L3 for daytime. The alarm volume is adjustable; my husband keeps it on low which is perfect for me with a sensitivity to sudden loud sounds. I cannot handle air raid siren alarms so happily surprised by this one.

The product description says it's wooden. Definition #2 of wooden is 'like or characteristic of wood' but I've got a degree in English and never heard it used that way to describe a finish. Wood like, faux wood... but not wooden. Seems to be molded plastic. That said, the clock is very readable, and you can work out all the functions by looking at the back. It's got a thermometer feature that reads the rooms temperature (as opposed to something internet connected that would give you the outside temperature, and that reading may be a bit off if you have it, say, sitting on top of your warm computer. Those negatives aside, I still like it. It looks like wood. It's only when you pick it up it becomes clear it's plastic. It's very easy to read. It's priced very affordably. Nice clock.

This clock is terrific, with golden yellow numbers that seem to appear by magic on one of its smooth wooden sides. It shows the time, humidity, and temperature at once. You can also hit a button to get the date (you can't get the temperature and the date to show at the same time). If you like, you can have it blank all the time, and make a noise or tap it to have the numbers show up. I have mine set to always show the numbers. You can set it as a 24-hour clock or a 12-hour clock. If you set it as 12 hours, a small light will show with the PM hours. It has three alarms. To snooze for 9 minutes, you hit any button once (and when the alarm next goes, you can hit any button to snooze again if you're still sleepy). To turn off the alarm, you hit any button twice. I haven't tried the alarms yet since I'm not using it in the bedroom. You can set the alarm to go off every day or only Mon-Fri. You can adjust the loudness of the alarm and can easily adjust the brightness of the displayed numbers. The brightness is at one level during the day (from 6am) and another at night (from 6pm) and you can set each to what you want. It also has an included CR2032 battery (looking like the ones in some watches) that will remember the time if there is a power outage (it won't display it until it is plugged into a working outlet again). The plug is a USB plug, but comes with an adapter so you can plug it into a regular outlet. Unlike some clocks, the colon between the hour and minutes does not blink (much nicer this way). The temperature can be set for Fahrenheit or Celsius. The instructions are clear, complete, and helpful. I am very happy with this clock. It looks great and works well. I love the wood and the clock's shape.

Prior reviews are accurate in regards to looks (very nice). Brightness is adjustable and varies from normal to too bright (for me). Lowest brightness level (of 3) is good for me and does not interfere with sleep at night. Minor complaints (accounting for 4 out of 5 stars): - The power plug is perpendicular to the side of the clock, so that when the clock is standing, it sticks up at a 45% angle and is slightly noticeable from the front - I wish that the plug opening angle would compensate for the triangular cross-section so that the plug would be parallel to ground. Not a deal killer by any means, though. - The setup is a bit tricky due to multi-functional buttons, forcing you to concentrate on the setup steps, but all electronics are like this these days. - I wish it had a 9V battery instead of 4 AAAs for backup. Overall, satisfied with this very nice product.

I had a clunky, old type clock in my living room I wanted to get rid of. This clock is exactly as gorgeous as the pictures show. The display shows nice, big numbers for the time, smaller but easily readable numbers for humidity and indoor temperature. You can turn brightness up and down to suit your needs. It also has three settable alarms. When I pulled it out of the box (I got brown with yellow letters), it looked like a piece of wood. When I plugged it in, the numbers, somehow, just glow on the surface of the wood. For once, it looks as good as I'd hoped it would. It's magnificent for what it does, and I can see why it's Amazon's Choice. Excellent price, excellent performance, well made.

I needed a digital clock for my living room when I returned my cable box. When I found this clock on line, I was immediately drawn to it because of the way it looked! Such a sleek design. I particularly liked the brown with the orange digital numbers. The temperature and humidity settings were an added bonus. I just love this clock! The numbers are big enough and bright enough to see across the room. The orange lighting fits perfectly with my new living room décor. There are three brightness displays which are easy to set. I do not use the alarm function, so I can't really say anything about that. But it was very easy to set up and their customer service is fantastic! Had a minor problem with the display randomly blanking out. Didn't have it set for sound only operation, so I wrote to the company asking if there were any other complaints about this. They responded right away and figured that something had gone wrong in the shipping of the product. They sent me a replacement clock immediately. Wonderful company. Would definitely recommend this product!

Bought this for my son’s room-Grad student, coming home to visit. The former clock came to the end of it’s electronic life; this was a replacement. Upon arrival home, he commented immediately about the new clock and wanted to know if he could take it back (to University), he liked the aesthetic that much. It is indeed a quality look, and the wood tone complements the decor of his room here (lodge/mountain theme) as well as his apartment (industrial). The instructions for setup were easy to follow, clear, and he used it to his content during his week long visit home. I did not let him take it with him when he went back to school, but I do plan on ordering one for him as well as one for his brother. I would also like to add that we had a power outage a couple of days ago and it continued on battery power flawlessly. I was pretty happy about that! Beautiful little clock, looks to be of good quality, at this point seems to be durable and accurate. Very pleased with the purchase.

I purchased this clock to replace an old LED clock on an end table text to my bed. I was attracted to this product by its wood-look, simple design and basic features. I have been very pleased with the clock and its performance. The setup was straight forward. The provided instructions were clear and easy to follow. I understand that there is a video available to assist in the setup but I did not need it. My wife is very sensitive to any kind of light in the bedroom and this clock does not bother her. When the clock is turned off it looks like a triangular piece of wood sitting on the end table. When it is on, the display "magically" shines through what previously appeared to be an opaque surface--amazing! The humidity and temperature displays are an added plus. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a basic alarm clock with a great look.
