Review: Just like chicken! - This is the closest thing I have ever found to tasting like chicken that isn't actually chicken! To me, it tastes very much like Better Than Bouillon. We were vegetarians for a few years, then went back to meat occasionally and we still use this product as it is just that good. FWIW, the Not Beef flavor is also excellent, as well as the vegetable. Lasts well past the "best by" date if refrigerated.
