I really enjoy the flavor of these dairy-free chocolate bars, which are supposed to be kept frozen on ice upon arrival to the customer. It was sceduled to arrive via Fedex end of day yesterday, July 22, 2020. Instead it arrived today via Fedex, melted along with the melted ice packet at 4:44pm.I messaged the seller and they refunded my money. They also informed me that they would ship a chocolate bar replacement on Monday, July 28, 2020 via Fedex.☺️Excellent customer service! They will keep me as a customer.😁

If you like good chocolate you have to try these... really smooth on the tongue and no chalky aftertaste like some cheap brands. The hazelnut is my personal favorite, but all the flavors are great. Because they cost a small fortune, and could melt if delivered to a sunny address, you can look for them in your local Target... there are fewer flavor choices, but it's slightly cheaper there and you can try before you buy the 8 pack.

These just arrived. They were packed so well and had sweat-less ice to keep them from melting.The chocolate taste lives up to the description. It's rich and decadent.

This product would’ve gotten 10 stars had it not been melted when I received it. However, the company was regretful and sent me a new order which was also melted. I do not recommend that you buy this during the summer otherwise the taste is fabulous

They shipped all the way to Alaska and they went to great lengths to ensure the bars were protected from damage and heat. Arrived intact and perfect. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you!

The bars are chalky. The chocolate flavor is mild, and the hazelnut doesn’t come through at all. They are also less than half the Amazon price at my local grocery store.

Its all melted. I am going to try to freeze them but its crazy how it always arrives melted

These chocolates are my absolute favorite. They came in a freezer package. I only give it a 4/5 because I ordered two packs and was only delivered one. They quickly delivered the other one shortly after.
