Great product but do not put in the dishwasher to sterilize, they will warp and cause leakage

Works as expected with elvie pump.

Valves were not perfectly sealed so ineffective for the suction. The other pieces were fine.

Great spare shield for your pumping system if you’re an exclusive (or frequent) pumper. Having additional sets allowed me to stay on my pumping schedule during a busy work day even if I didn’t have the time to clean my first set right away. I have piece of mind staying sanitary and also on schedule for my milk production while being a full time working mama. I recommend purchasing this (and the other pump materials) if you’re pumping several times every day.

I love this pump however the shields do not hold up well to cleaning even with the instructions of dishwasher safe and putting them on the top shelf they still wear down fairly quickly. The great news is customer service is awesome and very responsive so even though it's a bit of a hassle it isn't so bad because they are very quick to help with any problems you have

I loved my Elvie breast pump. Having an extra set of shields was worth it and would definitely recommend

My lo is only 8 weeks old and these were bought as extra shields so I wouldn’t have to clean/sterilise the one that came with the original unit all the time. The breast shields warp within a few weeks and no longer fit the unit so become unusable. The first time I contacted customer service they were really helpful and sent replacements immediately but when it happened again a few weeks later I contacted them again (almost 2 weeks ago) and they are very slow and I still haven’t had any replacements. I have also tried to make a formal complaint, have emailed and called, because from reading other reviews and my experience this is clearly a known issue and I am getting no response at all and I still have no shields. If I was relying solely on EBM then I would be unable to feed my baby.

We have gone through so many of theses shields it’s unbelievable. All of the parts of the Elvie pump are incredibly temperamental, and all have potential to cause an issue with the actual pump function. The breast shields are in my opinion the worst part. They warp in a steriliser after the first time and then basically don’t fit correctly into the pump causing leaks or no milk extraction at all. All the parts of the Elvie pump are awful and the customer service isn’t great either. I would get a different pump as it’s so expensive and then buying new shields every week on top is not viable!

Mussten nachbestellt werden, da sie sich beim Auskochen verzogen. Würde mir das Produkt nicht noch einmal kaufen. Habe es privat von einer Freundin gekauft.

These arrived and the plastic was warped so won’t fit the pump properly. Tried to return but just get the message not item not elegible for return. Would not recommend and not sure they are genuine Elvie product as I have had no problems with the shields that came with the pumps

So the elvie is amazing, but has one major flaw, which is that you can’t put the shields in the steam steriliser- because they warp. After spending soooo much money on the pump, these are a let down because if you want to use them, it’s a lot of faff and Milton.
