This finger tape is fantastic! I use this tape to help my stop biting my nails. I’ve been a nail biter since I was a child. About 3 years ago I was finally able to break the habit of biting my nails but sometimes I slip up. Especially at night time when I am laying in bed and trying to fall asleep and my anxiety kicks into high gear. I will bite my cuticles until they are bleeding which is really painful and gives me terrible self conscious issues due to the fact my cuticles are swollen and scabbed up. I’ve tried numerous different methods to aid in breaking this disgusting habit. I’ve tried paint on bite deterrent, which did not work for me. I needed something that I could wrap around my fingers that would prevent me from biting my nails because I would unconsciously bite my nails. Having these wraps has helped me break the habit. These specific tape will last the entire day. It does not leave sticky residue everywhere like most tapes do. I would really recommend this product to anyone who is trying to break this habit. I use it as a tool to break the habit and let my cuticles heal.

This tape has the perfect width for my (female) hands. The material is strong, the roll's thin design makes it easy to tape your fingers, and it is sticky enough to hold its place without being impossible to remove (no sticky residue left behind). Personally, this is not an issue for me, but for the sake of mentioning it, tearing it is not THAT easy. After I tape each finger, I have to bite where I want to tear the tape. If I try to just rip it, I end up making a mess of the tape instead.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great BJJ tape - not too sticky and too thick. Good protection for my fingers.

I play tennis and have a spot or two on my fingers that rub raw so I wear tape. I went looking for a less sticky tape that would not leave gluey residue and found this stuff. While I like it, it feels good, wears well, and does the job mostly, I have to drop a star because with the high humidity lately it is not adhering to my skin as well as hoped. It still holds up pretty well, but not quite what I was hoping for. If you’re using it for drier applications, or where you aren’t going to be sweating like a roasting pig, I’m sure this stuff will be amazing for you.

I got this tape because i have dry skin on my hands that split and blister easily and i a play disc golf. This increases my grip, stops skin rips and blisters. it frays a little, but it holds pretty well even during sweating. also works well as med-tape to hold on bandages, but not waterproof (not a deal breaker). 9.5/10. Recommend.

I play roller derby, and have broken several fingers. I’m a jammer, and I do a lot of grabbing and pulling motions with my hands. This is by far and away the best tape I’ve found for my fingers. It’s stretchy enough that it moves with you, but still extremely supportive. It tears easily and is the perfect width for wrapping fingers. It also stays extremely well, and adds grip (which is nice for my weaker fingers). I never have to re-tape my fingers midway through a bout (with the exception of taping new injuries 🤦🏻‍♀️). Anyway, I can’t say enough good things about this tape, and the price is incredible for the amount of rolls you get.

Great product!

This is by far the best tape I’ve ever used for Jiu Jitsu. This tape Stayson through hours of training everyday. Each roll comes thinly pre-sliced. No more trying to rip a fat roll into thin strips. This tape goes on easy and tears with ease. The price is great too, when compared to normal fat rolls of tape. The only drawback to this tape is the adhesive tends to remain after the tape is removed but comes off easily with soap and water. Great product and great seller. I highly recommend this tape for all Jiu Jitsu practitioners. Update: the last box of tape I received had very mediocre adhesive quality and now I see they have increased the price by almost 50%. I talked this tape up to all my training partners and now I feel responsible for their dissatisfaction with this product. More money for an inferior product doesn’t make much sense to me. Disappointed

Love this tape! I use it for work (I restore fossils). It stays on all day and is comfortable. Will buy again for sure!

It seems a bit stickier. I make sure I have clean and dry hands and the tackiness remains for the session. Good product.
