Change packaging to prevent damage.
I am on my second plant and have to return as it was damaged upon receipt as was the first. There is nothing in the box to prevent denting of the pot. This plant is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny but packaging is preventing me from keeping. PLEASE fix this small issue so that I can enjoy your product.

The plants is not 7ft tall. It’s barely 6ft.

BE CAREFUL SHAPING THE PLANT
Two of the palm fronds fell off after a couple of weeks. The rings of plastic holding the fronds to the stalk split very easily. I assume shaping the fronds causes the tears. If you are extremely careful, you end up with a beautiful plant.
