Extremely impressed with this bottle, mouthpiece is a soft plastic and retracts, making it very comfortable to use on a treadmill (No more accidentally hitting your teeth), it's very easy to drink from without the filter in and the filter doesn't change it much, we're looking forward to finding a place where the filter might make more of a difference to the taste of the water, where we are now the tap water is very drinkable.Got this for my wife and didn't expect to care for it as much as I do, will be buying another soon for me as well. At first I thought it was very expensive but wanted to get my wife the best and now that I have it I can absolutely understand the price, can't wait to get my own.- That was my original 5 star review.The bottle now leaks when not left completely upright, making it useless to me as I throw it in a bag. I spoke to their customer service and they are happy to send out a whole new top to solve the leaking issue, only problem is they only send it out if you live in America.Apparently the issue is a small valve, apparently that's too hard to ship at a lower price ($13.00 plus any duties, tax or other fees).At first I was very impressed by their customer service but now having a useless bottle which cost £20 and lasts 8 months seems very disappointing.I was excited to buy a new bottle from them for me/my wife but the quality is not up to par.Update:Bottle now leaks when running or moving at all.

Kor water bottle. Great invention and saves soo much on throw away water bottles. Looses one star as the Nava has a fundamental design flaw in that it starts leaking after a few weeks / months. My first one was a Kickstarter edition. I put it's leak down to a bad batch. However, this one started leaking too. I then went back to the kickstarter page and saw others complain of the same.Great product. Fix the leak issue and you have a winner.

Looks great but my main concern is the upper straw inside of the bottle that gets "dirty" inside after a few months of use. I wasn't able to wash it properly, I tried small brushes etc but nothing could reach and remove the dirt as the dirt was inside the straw. I think for this price of the bottle the straw should be removable. Only for this reason I have stopped using this bottle after 6 months.

I received this package keen to start filtering the water I get at work but I was confused at the filter. Seemingly it is meant to have a rubber seal on one end to force the water through the filter. However, the filter I received didn't have this seal and so I have a water bottle with a carbon straw filtering nothing. Expected better for the price but bottle is useful hopefully I will have better luck with filters in the future...

One of the best water bottles I have ever owned. Really well thought out and designed to prevent the water from spilling and keeping it tasting great. the only problem i can foresee is that the replacement filters are currently nearly the same price as the bottle making it expensive to maintain every 6 months.
