Environmentally sustainable, yes -- financially? not so much...
Well, it's toilet paper, and it does what it's supposed to do; yet the fact that it does is with bamboo and is sustainable is what sold me on it. I'm not good at judging whether one roll does the job of three; perhaps it's an individual thing. What troubles me at the moment is that when I bought it for the first time in June, it was $28.99 and now I see it's $39.99! Sustainability or not, I'm not going to shell out $40 for TP, especially when I already use family cloths as backup. That said, my 5-star rating holds in terms of its kindness to Mother Earth...

Used to be great, now has inferior quality and terrible quality control.
The first time I purchased this - just a few months ago - I loved it. It was pretty soft for an eco-friendly paper, didn't leave any bits at all, and was fairly strong. This last delivery however, is a complete disappointment. It seems like a entirely different product. I don't know if they changed their manufacturer, or their design, or both. But whatever happened, it is now a far inferior product to what I originally received. The paper overall has become much thinner and easier to shred, and there are huge problems with quality control. The rolls have sections running all through them where one of the two layers is only partially there, and in some cases, you can go for a couple of feet with only one layer for the entire width and length. Maybe we just got a bad batch, but that seems unlikely when every single roll has same issues, so I will not be purchasing this again. I tried a competing product that, so far at least, is much closer to the great product this used to be.

Switched from Kora to Nimbus and very pleased! No lint, tears clean, not too rough
I'm a Kora convert. When getting ready to re-order my biennial ginormous box of Kora TP I ran into Nimbus on Amazon. While I dig Kora, I was curious how this other brand would hold up, so instead of re-ordering through Kora's website, I decided to check out the cloud.Glad I did! This tears cleanly between sheets, rather than the foot-long ragged streamers that would get left behind with the Kora paper. Where Kora two-ply were never "plied" together, this TP stays together. No Lint. Soft on the tush. Rolls last longer than regular tree TP.I'm sold.

NO LONGER AS PICTURED, lower quality, less sheets, same price, bad deal
Just received latest shipment on subscribe and save today, minus the save part any longer. Product has been changed from former Ultra Soft triple roles to Stratus double roles and quality has tanked. Picture of item is no longer accurate and it is a lot lower quality than it used to be. Will not buy again. Amazon killed Kora with shipping cost increases, now the value has been shot out of this product and replaced with an inferior version.

And what a bate n switch they have the pic of the originol all bamboo that had larger rolls. Its the scrawny wood/bamboo hubris combo Ill pass.

I fell in love with it
The first time I bought this product (about a year ago), I fell in love with it. Who knew someone could become obsessed with toilet paper?! I didn't have to reorder until December of last year (I live alone, but consistently have visitors and guests as well; also I took a roll over to my mom's house, and gave a roll to my brother to try), which made this even better! I couldn't believe that I have found a product that lives up to my ethics and sustainability values that was also strong, gentle, was able to use less, no lint at all, and only needing to buy a pack twice a year! I raved about it. Yes, I constantly brought up conversations with anyone who would listen about toilet paper. I began to hesitate to buy again just because the price had gone up almost $10 from when I had bought it the first time. But I thought to myself, "you love the product and the sustainability practices, and the more you use it, the more it will become in higher demand and will become more readily available and more affordable for others. Plus, it has lasted me over half a year!" So I took the plunge and spent almost $40 on a 24 roll pack of TP. When I reordered, however, I had a different experience. The product was definitely immediately noticeably very different. While it is still lasting me a long time still, it is definitely thinner, flimsier, and leaves a lot of lint behind. I am really disappointed, especially since I paid so much more for a much lower quality product. I am likely to try another brand at this point because of this past experience; but it is certainly my hope that the manufacturers read these reviews and take them seriously and choose to up the quality of their product. A big reason why companies like this get support is because of business practices. So if business practices and cutting corners have resulted in this lower quality product, I want to affirm that business will be lost.

Best Non-Tree based TP that I have tried
Best Non-Tree based TP that I have tried. Although it isn't as soft as some of the leading brands, if softness is your highest goal in comfort, it does have a great balance of soft and durable. Highly Recommend. Not to mention, Nimbus Eco states that if every American uses just one roll of this Eco Friendly Bamboo TP that 470,000 trees can be saved. If a fraction of is true, in conjunction with it's competitive qualities - I'm all in.

Great product, no complaints.
I really like this product. No BPA concerns and no using virgin paper. My only regret is that they use plastic to wrap the rolls. I wish that they could use a bamboo product to wrap and ship the rolls. But the product itself is great.
