It is in gel form and does provide some relief for sometime, but not effective fr longer period as pain stated again.Also the bottle claims of 100 gram, but we found the bottle almost half empty. It could be around 40 gm.We do not have option to return the product, hence giving one star.

Its a transparent gel that provides relief from post work out and other kinds of muscle pain.Good for backaches caused by sitting at a computer for long hours.It has strong actionI wish it came with an inner lid to seal in the goodness once opened.

not worked as expected. don't buy for sometime it feels its working but later it still feels same.

The product was half empty when I received it and it has no return policy , I guess it's a cheat product
