I started off by using a foam cannon on a pressure washer, but in the heat the surface was drying before I could get it brushed and rinsed. I switched to using a bucket of soapy water, and the bristles held lots of water and soap for scratch-free cleaning. I have also used the pole with a camera mount and a GoPro & a cell phone camera for a drone-like perspective. On the previous order, I contacted Eversprout's customer service and they were prompt and polite.
