Best for making cookies or topping on oatmeal. Fresh and sweet. Love the texture. It’s moist and just the right size. Size of the bag is convenient. Smells like sweet coconut.

I used Baker’s Angel Flake Coconut to top a piña colada cake, and it worked really well. The coconut had a nice, light sweetness and tasted fresh, not artificial. The texture was perfect for sprinkling on top and added a nice finishing touch without being too heavy. It paired really well with the pineapple flavor and made the cake feel a little more tropical and complete. I’d definitely use it again for toppings or desserts.

This was perfect for the cake I intended to bake. It was as perfect a sweetened coconut product as I recall it being many years ago when my mom baked and I began baking. It was a competitive price as well.

I have tasted a lot of coconut in my life.But this was actually the best and freshest and most delicious that i've had in years. Came packaged well , and I was very pleased. The reason I took one star off is because it's pretty expensive for the smaller bag that you get.

Fresh and delicious! My son loves to eat this coconut straight out of the bag. He appreciates that it doesn’t taste dry and that it doesn’t crack. I’ve used this in baking as well and it’s high quality.

Many recipes include desiccated coconut but if anyone has tried using this in some of the sweet cakes, cookies and frostings that are popular in America you will know the results don't work too well. If you are from the UK this is like the inside of a Bounty chocolate bar, very soft with longer flakes and very sweet. Shame it isn't a staple item over here but Amazon came to the rescue.

Heavenly. I grew up in Australia. Australians have Lamingtons. These are small square cakes covered in chocolate with a layer of coconut on the outside. The best Lamingtons were coated in sweetened stranded coconut. This one is not stranded but it is moist and sweetened. The very best I have had on this side of the planet. It is so good the first packet went without even making Lamingtons...... Any sweet or desert that has coconut can only be improved by this moist yummy stuff.

I love this sweetened coconut for baking (and grabbing handfuls to nibble on!!). Makes the most delicious, moist cakes and muffins! I often buy when on offer and freeze and it's still fresh and great to use. Thoroughly recommend!

This is lovely coconut but the size for the price is just not worth the expense
