The crystal litter is great at minimizing odors, and the self-cleaning mechanism saves me time. However, there have been a few times when it hasn’t raked properly or got stuck. I’ve had to reset it a couple of times. I also find that the crystal trays need to be changed more frequently than I expected. It’s convenient but not perfect

Okay, I’ve only had this thing for a week but I’m already obsessed. The ScoopFree Crystal Pro is basically magic. I haven’t scooped a thing since I set it up and there’s ZERO smell—like, I actually forgot we had a litter box in the house.My cat figured out the top entry in like two seconds and now there's no more litter all over the floor. Huge win. The crystals are wild—they dry everything out so fast and it all just stays clean. I also peeked at the little health tracker thing out of curiosity and it’s kinda cool to see how often my cat’s using it. Might come in handy if anything ever seems off.Setup was easy, no leaks, no gross mess. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you’re lazy like me and hate scooping litter.

Overall we are pleased with these litter boxes. You definitely want to buy the reuseable tray, ideally the stainless steel one. The price of the disposable trays is fairly outrageous.We have 2 cats and 3 of these litter boxes, they are easy to clean up and change the litter out. Have never had much of an issue with poop getting stuck to the metal cleaning brush. It just works like it is intended too. The only complaint is that the waste area where all the poop gets pushed into does not seal at all. This starts to become an issue with poop smells escaping after several days or weeks depending on how much poop activity a box gets. We have one box that has turned into the poop box for the cats and after 4 or 5 days it starts to smell quite bad of poop, we have found if we scoop the poop out the smell goes away until it starts to stack up again. The other 2 litter boxes that are mostly used for pee don't have the smell problem. We also change the litter out about every 2 weeks.We tried 1 of the fancier auto litter boxes that rotates a drum around and had way more issues with that than with these. We ended up getting rid of that one and went back to using these litter boxes. This litter box isn't perfect, but for our use we have found it to be the best option currently available, the perfect litter box has yet to be invented.

About a year ago, we bought a PetSafe auto litter box. We had to unplug it, fill it and let our cats get use to using it. It too about 10 days to begin using it. When we plugged it in, they continues to use it. When the rake begin to move the mess to the capture area, our 2 yo female cat begin slapping the moving rake. It has become a game for her.We liked the non-wifi one so much we bought this one. I like our new one.We got permanent trays rather than the PetSafe disposable trays. We are trying different clumping litters to see if our cats prefer one over another. They tend to prefer litter other than PetSafe. They aren't that keen on Pretty Litter.Since I'm the one cleaning the Litter box, These two have made my life much easier.
