As someone who’s owned a Blendtec Classic since 2015, I didn’t think it could get much better—until I upgraded to the Designer Series. Let me tell you, this blender is next level. First of all, the sleek touchscreen interface makes my kitchen feel futuristic in the best way. It’s super intuitive and easy to clean (no buttons = no mess!). The pre-programmed cycles are a game changer—smoothies, ice cream, hot soups... all with a tap. I’m a wife, mom of four, and small business owner, so time is precious. The powerful motor means I can go from fresh fruit to creamy smoothie in seconds—no chunks, no stalling. It even handles tougher tasks like frozen mango or nut butters without breaking a sweat. My kids love helping out in the kitchen, and I feel good knowing the durable, BPA-free jars can handle our daily chaos. If you’re looking for a stylish, powerhouse blender that fits a busy lifestyle (with a little flair), the Designer Series is 100% worth it. It’s not just a kitchen appliance—it’s an everyday essential in our family routine.

Blendtech is a great blender. It does just that amazingly. However, This model has a touchscreen for buttons, and boy did they drop the ball on functionality….The buttons don’t activate half the time I press them … instead a (?) Appears At the top because it can’t sense which button I want to press. If there is the slightest bit of moisture on it, the buttons won’t activate correctly Causing me to press multiple times in different ways to see if it’ll work. (And Trust me, if you blend stuff, there will be moisture or spills or little dots everywhere. It’s just the nature of the beast.) The bender looks good and stylish, and the touch activated buttons add to that style… However, for function, the buttons were poorly executed.

It works, but boy howdy does it do a shoddy job. The 8 year warranty means I'll have one for some time, but for a blender of this price made in the US, it fails to blend so often; which is ironic given the ads they used to run for these. Often air builds up between the blades and what you're mixing. Even if you only blend a little bit at a time, ingredients in the corner of the blending jar tend not to get blended. I should have got a Vitamix.

I had my old blender for about 10 years and it was falling apart at the seams and wasn’t versatile . My BlendTec is perfect for my needs ! We make smoothies , soup , frozen drinks , salsa and so much more ! It’s easy to clean , gorgeous , sturdy and perfect for my teens to use too ! Highly recommend !

This blender seemed flawed from the start. It leaks around the lid at any level than half way. Then today the little gear in the center that attaches to the blender itself started bouncing violently up and down while blending creating a dangerous situation. It has been used once or twice a week over the past few months that we've had it and it has only been used to make almond milk. This is a terrible blender and I cannot believe I spent $500 on it.
