Better than Fitbit's original
My insurance company gave me a Fitbit Inspire. The original's wrist band was designed by a sadist, the most uncomfortable things I've had around my wrist. (I.e., no handcuffs, yet.) This looked like an inexpensive option.• Assembly was pretty easy, but you do need a steady hand and good eyes. I used a magnifier. Don't drop the pins, you'll be doomed.• It was a bit stiff upon first use, but over the past month it has loosened up. (I have not gotten it wet.) I hope it will become a little more flexible.• It is much more comfortable than the original (obviously), but still not like a piece of fabric.• It will encompass a wide range of wrist sizes. There are 11 holes, spaced closely apart, to allow for a more precise fit. I tried to measure the two extreme diameters, and I'd say from about 2.1" - 3.1". Mine works on the fifth from the smallest, and I'm 6'4", 190 pounds. Kind of skinny, that is. Well, my wrist at least.• There are two band loops, to hold down the excess. One of them is fixed -- the closest to the latch -- and the other slides back and forth. Trying to insert the excess into the close loop is very difficult. I really don't know why it's there. The moveable one is sufficient, but trying to insert the loose end of the excess can be tedious (especially in the morning).• I thought about trying to cut off the way-too-much excess, but if you look at the end of it, it appears to be melted, like plastic. See photo. (They say it's "canvas", but I'm not sure about that.) I was afraid that cutting it would cause fraying. So I'll just put up with it for a while. All in all, for $6, it's worth a shot. Give it a 4, considering the price.

This is NOT compatible with Fitbit Inspire HR
Was extremely excited to see this arrive as the band that came with my new Fitbit Inspire HR is a short, crappy, cheap band. Unfortunately this is NOT compatible and does not work with the Fitbit Inspire HR. The Inspire HR involves a sliding pin, this band does not, it's a clip/slide in connection and the ends of the bands are bigger than the allotted slot on the watch face. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT FOR INSPIRE HR!

Looks nice, fits decently well and dries fast
I got a new fitbit and the silicone band was just huge. I tried a metal band with a magnet but it flopped around on my wrist, the magnet grabbed other metal and it wanted to snag on fabric. This band is pretty and has a deep reddish color. The straps are thin, which I prefer for my smaller wrist. Fabric dries fast after getting in wet. I would purchase this again. Thinking about a different color perhaps. They also sent extra metal pieces to attach the bands in case you lose them and believe me, they are easy to lose sight of when you are trying to attach to the fitbit. The Rinoskin shields I got to protect the screen are great too, don't forget to follow the wet application procedure which they have a youtube video for. (they also included a $5.00 amazon giftcard which is amazing)

Needed MacGyvering
This fits the bill for “casual but nicer than the silicone bands”. (I love the look of the metal ones, but they really do snag.) It’s a bit stiff—I expect that it will soften up with wear. It was surprisingly fiddly to attach, more than any other band I’ve owned. The big annoyance is that the loop that secures the end of the strap is fixed right near the buckle. I’m wearing this on the 3rd hole & I can tell it would catch on everything. I fashioned an extra loop out of bias tape, but even at this price I shouldn’t have to fix it right out of the package.

Comfortable and durable
I've been wearing this every day (removing for showers) since December 2020 and I only just today noticed it's starting to look a little worn so I'd say it has great durability!I much prefer the canvas against my skin than the silicone of the original band. Much more comfortable! I also feel like it's more secure than the original band. The silicone band had a habit of creeping out of its clasp somehow and this never does.I can say, now that it's wearing down a little, that this is not just canvas. It appears to be canvas applied to a plastic/rubber/silicone/something band. Where the fabric has worn off, it is shiny and smooth - similar to the feeling of the original band.

Such a comfortable band
Love the fitbits but can’t stand the silicone bands they come with as moisture always collects under, and it feels like my skin can’t breathe. I’d then end up taking them off and misplacing my tracker. Yikes! These fabric style band are the perfect solution… They breathe and dry quickly if they-do- get damp so I never have to remove my tracker at all now. Putting them on is a cinch if you’re at all good with your hands as they just snap right on like a watch band would. I anticipate having my current tracker awhile, but when I upgrade, I’ll definitely be ordering another band for the new one immediately. Yes, they ARE that comfortable!

Nice color, seems sturdy
The rubber(?) band that came with my Fitbit was nice but caused my skin to peel, so I decided to try this cloth one which provides some aeration. The violet color is very close to the original one. It is narrower than the original band (one star deductible for that) but fits perfectly between the sides where the pin goes (I hope that makes sense).I measured my wrist and at about 7" it could go either way so I ordered the large - wrong choice on my part: it fits but I'm using the next to last hole so the end of the band almost touches the watch. Ordering a small - given the great price is not worth the postage to return the large. It was hard to get a picture but hopefully the one I'm sharing will give you an idea.

Update: thin, but works well
First things first, this looks really cheap. 2ndly it's about 3/4 the thickness of the original band. This makes it feel less comfortable and more like a tourniquet. I'll use it for now bc I haven't been able to wear my fitbit for almost a month, but its not a long term solution for me.Update: after a few months of wear I've become accustomed to the thin profile. It's an OK band that's functional. Sweat shows on the band all the time. It slips down the wrist sometimes due to moisture and stretching. For the cost I'll probably buy another.
