I could used this base on all of the office chairs I have owned over years. Well made and with minimal assembly. Well made and easy to use, But do not forget to put the cover that goes on the base first. It should be noted that this base will your chair a bit over 2 inches.

Bought this cause I am over weight at 330 pounds...works great and holds up well to rolling around.

This is an excellent replacement for anyone who has a plastic chair base. One thing that should be noted is that I was surprised to see this came as 6 pieces (5 legs and the center base) which has to be assembled. Assembly was quite easy with the hex wrench included.

I used this to fix a normal office chair but the combination of tall spider legs and a normal length cylinder means only people at least 6’6” can sit in it on the lowest setting.

The quality control and quality assurance of this manufacturer are truly outstanding. This chair base is a must for any so-called "big and tall" desk chair. I used this to replace the plastic base on a Lazy Boy desk chair on which one of the caster slots broke. This new addition has made the chair much stronger capacity-wise and has zero chance of similar breakage in the future. One note is this metal chair base is designed such that it adds an inch or two to the seat pan elevation. That said, it is perfect for taller people like myself. I strongly recommend this chair base. It was delivered quickly as well.

I bought this base mostly because of it's absurdly high capacity claim. Not sure if it really can hold 2200 lbs but at least it's stronger then the shattered Chinese-made cast metal base that came with my otherwise awesome Noble Chairs "Epic" model.Pros:>>> Strong tubular steel construction, apt to flex rather then shatter under stress.>>> Quick delivery, easy to assemble assuming the tool works (see Cons).Cons:>>> It's 4" tall without wheels, about 3/4" higher then my original base. I had to get a shorter gas cylinder to bring my chair back down to a usable comfort range.>>> The provided Hex wrench was so badly made that the short arm would not fit into the screw heads. Fortunately I had a 5/32" SAE wrench that by luck fit the 4mm screw heads perfectly.

I purchased this chair base to replace the broken plastic base on my office chair and I am pleased with the purchase. It is easy to assemble and is much stronger than the plastic base that is normally included with most office chairs and are very prone to cracking. The caster wheels and old cylinder sleeve fit this base perfectly and I was able to repair my broken office chair in less than 10 minutes for less than $50.

I received the chair base one day after I ordered it with free shipping. It looks strong and it fits the cylinder and wheels of my chair. Installation was easy and fast.

Easy to assemble, very sturdy, perfect replacement fit. Does increase overall height of chair if that's an issue.

It came in such a small package I though I had received the wrong part, but it was just very clever packaging.It was extremely easy to assemble and very strong once done. It does add height to the chair so be careful if you add rollerbalde wheels like I did as your chair will now be much higher
