Excellent Guide Book!
Not only is this a well written guidebook it is also a good read! I live in the area covered and enjoyed the interesting facts the author has included about the routes and the surrounding land. The book has obviously been well researched. 5/5

Cycling inspiration!
I am thrilled with this book! I haven't ever done a long cycle ride, but I feel absolutely inspired to do so after reading this. The photography is fabulous. The routes look great, and I like that they can all be downloaded to your mapping app of choice (the book itself is definitely designed to be read at home and not taken out on the trail). Even if I don't manage to ride one of these routes, just reading about them has made me happy!

V well presented and designed book for reading at home and links to getting GPX files for the routes online as well as printable directions which are not in the book. This item is designed to be read at home and to inspire travel. Not one to be taken out on the road or trails. If you buy direct from the authors website he will sign your copy which I hadn't realised before buying off here.

Love this book
I wish I lived in Yorkshire - I may never get to actually ride any of these routes, but I built a website that lets me virtually ride anywhere on my trainer so I put some of these routes in and they are wonderful. Maybe when I retire I will get over there and ride them. There are maps, descriptions, history, photographs, and links to gps files. This is one of several books based in different regions of England. You can also watch some videos of him riding some of his routes on global cycling network, if you're a member. If you ever get a chance to go to England with a bike, you should absolutely buy one of his books and try some of the routes. Then tell us all about it :-)
