Why have I not purchased these sooner I do not know! Don’t doubt yourself. Just get them. Taste nice, good on tummy and work straight away.

Solid - do what they're supposed to do.
A tad pricey, but they work. Flavour for a salt chew is phenomenal. Note, they're not chewy and they're not pills. They're tablet - they crumble when chewed and taste good - and salty (duh)

Great but do not taste good
Great for POTs but they really don’t taste good I’m sorry! Lemon lime is far nicer. It’s a very synthetic taste.

Will ease your cramping!
Took these for the first time this past weekend on a lone 10-mile run. The taste is yummy, but you definitely need some water with you to wash them down. I took one at mile 2 and one at mile 6. As someone who has had issues with cramping during my running journey, I think I have found my holy grail. It felt like my muscles were fed. They were easy to take. Just grab one, pop it in your mouth, chew and maybe wash it down with water. Two days later, and I haven't experienced cramping on my calves for the first time since I started my running journey. Highly recommend.

I am not a fan of many salty foods and this is way too salt, all I taste is salt

Effective and easy to take!
These absolutely saved my run and I'll never do a marathon without! So much easier than chugging water and hoping to avoid a cramp. Definitely need to drink some to wash the chewable down (like a less chalk-y Tums), but the taste isn't bad and they're super effective. Saved me in about 4 marathon/course runs this year!
