Best low budget purchase in a while.
Looks and feels like a high-quality reticle, has some weight too it. The objective lens was extremely clean and the tint on it worked well in low light forest shooting. I found that the higher you adjusted the light power the less clear it became, on the first few low levels of light it had perfect clarity, the higher levels had a slight blur, but this could be some astigmatism in my own eyes. The sight mounted easily and precisely on the picatinny rail. I used a bore sight and made only a few clicks of windage and elevation adjustments. Held zero after shooting for a while and made me feel like a sharpshooter, much easier for me to keep on target compared to iron sights. for the price, 10/10

Great scope for a great price.
I just received my Feyachi RS-30 Relex scope today. With my aging eyes my intent was to get a relatively inexpensive red dot scope to mount on my Ruger 1022. I have had some good experiences with a Feyachiโs RDS-22 scope on a Glock 22 fitted with a MCK so I was looking forward to the RS-30. The RS-30 mounted easily to my Rugerโs picatinny rail with the included scope mount. Also included were allen wrenches for installation and adjustment and a complete second set of batteries. Although I have yet to take it to the range, a quick co-witness with the existing metal sights suggests the new red dot is fairly close to zero. For the price the RS-30 has some nice features. There are 4 reticle patterns: dot within a circle, dot within a cross, solitary dot and finally, dot within a circle within a cross. Each of these patterns have 6 brightness settings. Setting 4 seemed the best for me. The pattern is turned on by pressing the on switch. Pressing the switch briefly cycles through the brightness setting. Holding the switch down for a couple of seconds turns off the reticle. Additionally, to preserve battery life, the sight will turn itself off after one hour of inactivity. A nice feature is that the scope remembers your last pattern and brightness setting so when you turn it back on you are set to go. The reticle itself is large and easily lends itself to shooting with both eyes open. If you are hunting this allows you to remain situationally aware while providing a clear sight picture. The fit and finish of the scope itself is beyond expectations, particularly given the price point. I look forward to getting to the range and putting this scope through itโs paces. Given my experience with the RDS-22 I do not anticipate any issues.

What? A cheap reflex for my shotty? Ok. Done.
This is probably my first review ever but I felt it deserved a review. First, I chose this sight because it was the only inexpensive reflex sight that the reviews were saying it didnโt break when using on a 12ga. I will attest it did not break on my tactical shotty. I fired 30 rounds of Remington 1 oz โsluggersโ through it and several bird shot rounds. I was able to zero it in very quickly without much effort at all. I was shooting roughly 60 yards hitting bulls or close to it. 120 yards a few inches to within a foot of bulls. It seems to be holding zero up to this point. Thatโs the positive. Now for the negative. The only real issue I had with it , aside from the slanted crosshair option, (mentioned by almost every other review) was as soon as the sun hits the sight, the red dot (or other option) would blur out and become a large blob of red. Back into the shade, no problem. In the sun, problem. Overall I am at this point quite satisfied with the RS-30. It was easy to sight in, holds zero up to this point, and has not broken yet. This is not my first Feyachi product I have purchased but I will say I am becoming quite the fan. Seemingly quality products at a very reasonable price. Nicely done Feyachi. Updateโฆ since this post, I fired my shotty maybe 100-200 more rounds of various types of shot including bbs and slugs. It was a sad day when I fired the final round through it. It just stopped as soon as I fired. No more red dot. No nothing. Wouldnโt turn back on. I canโt recall if it was a slug or bbs but I recall it stopped working. I replaced it with a holosun. Quite a bit more expensive but itโs got solar power and a guarantee it will keep working. If youโre just going to shoot targets with a round with minimal recoil, this reflex is probably going to work for you. Itโs cheap and pretty effective. But if youโre going to be firing rounds with some kick, (like slugs or turkey loads) youโre better off paying more for a higher quality one. Update#2 ok. So I donโt know what happened but after a several months I bought an electric airsoft AR rifle and decided to just try my reflex sight again to see what happens. To my amazement, it was working again. I donโt know what to sayโฆ it works? Itโs working now. Maybe it just needed a break or something. I put it on my airsoft AR and it is doing just fine for now. I donโt know what to tell you at this point. Take your chances or donโt. Idk. Itโs working for me at this point.

This is the one to buy! Tremendous value.
Let me start off with saying I love testing these budget friendly options of sights. I've been involved in the firearms community over 17 years now. I worked with training companies and shops. I've handled everything from bottom of the barrel, to the top of the line. I've tested several products from feyachi, this sight by far is an the absolute cherry of the feyachi offerings. I've had a few units in the past with some reticle issues. I must say feyachi's customer service is second to none. They've always without hesitation taken care of any issues. That in itself is worth 5 stars. Pan has been an absolute pleasure deal with and their customer service cannot be beat. This sight is SOLID! I will list the pros and cons below. Pros : - This unit is rock solid. With budget optics it's tough to find something of quality. Is this an eotech? No, not by any stretch, but It's also not $500. - I love the switch on this unit. It has the 4 way reticle selection at the rear, and a simple on and off button on the left side. I've never really like the rotating dials commonly found on these types of sights. I really like how it has the intensity control built into the button.A quick push and you can manual cycle through 6 different options. 1 is fairly dim, but 6 is super bright even in direct sunlight. You press to turn on, click to adjust brightness and press and hold to shut off. I haven't had a chance to test, but this unit supposedly turns itself off after an hour of time if it's not moved around. I cannot confirm that as of yet. - The adjustments on the unit have a firm and positive click, and lock solidly into place. This fit perfect on the rail system on an AR pistol, with little to no wiggle or play. The reticle selector is firm and positive when you switch through the options, but still very easy to engage. The power button is a positive click when pushed. Overall a very solid unit. This also cowitnesses perfectly. - The size is just about perfect. This is pretty small and low profile for what it is. I think some people may find it a bit small, but it's just right in my opinion. Alot of value in a compact package. - This unit has a small rear sight built right into the rear part of the unit. It cannot be adjusted. I thought this was just an awesome addition to this sight. It's very rare that on the unit itself there is a way to have a backup. I have not tested accuracy of it yet, but absolutely love the concept. It should help you in a pinch if you have no rear back up option. - The reticle selection. Oh the reticle selection. Four great options. Each option is super crisp and clear. I had 4 people look at it to tell me what they thought of the clarity. 3 said fantastic, one said fuzzy. It seems very dependent on if you have an eye issues like astigmatism, or corrective lenses. No issues, but something to keep in mind. They varying intensity is fantastic. - I love that the adjustment Allen wrenches and an extra battery is included. This comes with everything you need to throw it on, tighten it down, power it on, adjust, and clean it. Fantastic value. - I also love the lens coating. It seemed to work really well at keeping down glare, it also makes it look pretty incredible! Cons : Honestly I dont have many cons to list here, I'd say its more nitpicks than anything else. - The finish isnt the best. The unit arrive safely and packaged well. My unit had some chipping on some of the edges. Minor for me, but I thought it was noteworthy. A dot of sharpie or black paint would take care of that in short order. My unit also has a small, almost rubbing kind of wear on one spot on the rear. The item I recieved was all factory sealed and in brand new condition. I could only assume it was maybe from handling in the factory. Very minor. - The hardware to attach was a little gritty. Some oil and running the screws in and out a few times took care of that quickly aswell, again, not a problem, but I thought it was noteworthy. I had no issues with soft or stripping screw heads or anything like that. - The reticles, while bright and crisp, have the slightest counterclockwise lean going on. It's not perfectly vertical, just every so slightly tilted to the left. I don't forsee it being an issue, but did notice it. Also as mentioned above. Four people looking at the reticles. Three said they were crisp, one said they were fuzzy. It seems dependent on if you have any eye issues or wear corrective lenses. All in all, this sight is a solid purchase. This will be going on an AR chambered in 300 AAC. I will come back to update as it sees some use. I cant speak to longevity or reliability at this point. If your looking for a budget optic, this is the one to buy in my opinion. With those minor nitpicks aside, this thing is of good quality, it feels solid, and the reticle selection and brightness are really stellar. I would highly reccomend this sight, and give this 5 stars. It's a tremendous value, and it has many features found on sights upward of the $90-$100 mark. Well above its similarly priced competitors. You wont be dissappinted, and in the off chance you are, Feyachi's awesome customer service team will be more than happy to take care of you.

A good buy in my opinion.
I purchased 3 of these, the first went on a 22. It didnโt have features that I thought were critical - the first being an auto-off feature. Virtually everything I buy needs to have this feature, unless itโs supposed to have it. This worked well. The next generation had that feature, and for $40 seemed perfect. And so far, it has been. I mounted and sighted it on a 223/556 bullpup. Multiple brightness settings worked perfectly. Horizontal and vertical setting worked the same. The next rifle to get one is my Sig Sauer Cross in a 6.5 Creedmoor. Although this gun was slated to get a long distance scope, I wanted to see how it would perform with a red dot sight. After running approximately 95 rounds through it, I can say 1) through all shots, it held up and stayed true; 2; accuracy was excellent through 50 yards (50 yards is the length of the range, and 3) there was no loss of visibility through multiple shooters, I know there probably are โbetterโ red dotsโ out there. But if you are like me, and donโt hunt or shoot 3 times or more a week, and want a nicely competent scope, you could do worse than this Feyachi. If you donโt want a scope that makes you get a college degree in optics and physics, but one that is easy to use, set up and shoot with, consider this one. It worked for me, and thatโs pretty much all I need.

Untrustworthy
I purchased this item for my 9 mm carbine rifle. Upon reading the reviews prior to purchase this seemed like a good fit, that was reasonably priced. I believe I was wrong. After spending a couple hours sighting it in, I was able to get it to pattern within a 2" diameter at 50 yards. I was sighting in using a gun rest to insure accuracy. All rounds were custom loads which I assembled myself. I tried 3 different loads / bullet weights to achieve this result. After shooting I cased the rifle, and after returning home removed and cleaned. Once cleaned it was stored in gun cabinet. I returned to the gun range several days later for more practice to find the cross hairs no longer centered in the sight. In fact you could not see them at all. I could tell the sight was on due to the red tint but could not see cross hairs at all. I attempted to relocate the cross hairs but was unsuccessful in getting them back in view. I find it rather unnerving to know that had it been a situation in which I was in need of protection, it would have been a fail. This sight had alot of positive things going for it but, if it is not dependable that makes it a detriment rather than a asset. Unfortunately I either received a defective item or it's just a cheap product that can't be trusted. Based on my experience I suggest you keep looking. In the event you do buy, please report in comments. I am interested in others experience with this item.

Update to my original review
Edit: I was contacted by seller to help resolve my concerns. They sent me a new sight, free of charge. It was of better quality. No issues like I mentioned having with the first sight I bought from them. I actually can't say anything bad about the second red dot sight. It worked perfectly. The images were even a little clearer than the first. Yes I would recommend this product if you don't have alot of money, like me. I put the first sight they sent me on my shotgun. It worked perfect for that duty and I really like it on there. My 1st impression of this optic was decent quality, for it looks like a nice reflex sight as you remove it from the packaging. The 1st attempt at zeroing this sight told me all I need to know. On the sight I received, there was something very wrong with the elevation adjustment. Lets say you need to adjust the dot up a couple clicks (2 MOA at 100 yrds). Ok it does that fine. But what if that was too much? Oops it was 1 click too far. Ok, well just adjust 1 click down right? Wrong. In order to reverse direction, I had to rotate the elevation adjustment almost one complete 360 degree turn just to get the dot to move again. There is something seriously wrong inside my sight. It held zero on my AR for about 100 rounds and then POI (point of impact) changed dramatically all of a sudden, both windage and elevation. Verified the sight was still securely mounted on the rifle and hadn't shifted. I gave up on it after that. Just pure garbage. Save up your money and get a quality reflex red dot sight. Probably could work well on a tactical shotgun at closer ranges, 15 yards or less. That's my planned use for it going forward. Also something worth noting, as I switched recticle shapes, the recticle moved back and forth a little if you wiggle the selector a bit to make sure you've got it in the detent. In other words there is slop in the detent for each recticle shape. This is very poor quality. There was enough slop in each recticle position for a 8 MOA miss at 100 yrds, rough guesstimate. That's bad. Feyachi, feel free to send me another one to try out. Perhaps I got a defective one. Would hate if these were just random issues and not truly reflective of your products quality.

Excellent
Excellent sight for air 2240 crosman pistol. This one has auto power down after 1 hour. Much easier to changers target red dot. Very happy!

Update : The first one didn't work properly so they replaced it with one that works perfectly !
I contacted Feyachi after I wrote my last review. They sent me a new one ! The new one works perfectly. This is a great company to work with. I have never used a scope before. This was easy to set up and to adjust. It works as advertised. Have only had it out once and it seemed like I had to reset the aperture type after some shots. Now that I have had it out a second time I know that it won't stay on. I have to keep turning it on. When it comes back on it is still on center. Return window us closed so will buy a new/better one.

Not compatible with handguns??
I mounted the sight on a Beretta u22 Neos pistol. I was able to zero the sight for windage, but was unable to adjust the elevation for a shooting range of 15 to 25 yards. On the positive side, Feyachi e-mailed me within hours of my posting my negative rating and made arrangements to send me a replacement. Their excellent rapid response has earned them a much better rating than my initial grade. If the replacement works properly then they have earned a 5-star rating. I received the replacement on May 17 and I know that it works. Unfortunately something in the firing mechanism of my pistol failed and I must wait for repairs before I can mount the sight and "zero" it.

Much better than expected - very good!
Had an issue with my delivery but the seller responded and corrected the issue immediately. Mounted the sight to my 9mm carbine and had good results at 50 yards. I'm too old to see a red dot at 100 yards, which was expected - younger eyes would probably do ok. Build quality is surprisingly good, and was able to adjust zero without issue and the sight held zero throughout the day. I also purchased the fixed sights from this vendor, and was pleasantly surprised to find I could pop up the front and rear sights and still see through the reflex sight - used this to initially sight in the red-dot and didn't even need to tweak it for the 50m target. Going to mount it to my Ruger 10/22 next time out and see if it works as good.

Despite what they say, it will not keep zero with a 12 gauge shotgun
Bought this in February. Finally got the chance to go out and try it, the brightness was turned up all the way and it was dim. Changed the batteries and it seemed a bit brighter. I was shooting clays with target load and the display jumped and got stuck in between two of the dot selections. I played around with it for a bit and got some of the sight back. Took another shot and it went right back to being in-between two of the dot selections. I bought this because they said it will hold zero after shooting a 12 gauge slug.

Works well when it works
Great little site that is accurate once you are zeroed in. Will be on target through 200+ rounds. Unfortunately every time I start it up it loses its zero and needs to be sited in again.
