Sticking it!
well it sure works. I was wondering why my friend was able to put the brakes on when he hit the green and I always rolled too far.My inexpensive Top Flite clubs had worn grooves or maybe sub standard grooves. I re grooved my PW - S - 9 - 8 and used all but the sand wedge today. It made a big difference. I worked it in aggressively I might add, may be I brought them a tad out of compliance? I'll never tell.I'd recommend doing only 1 or 2 clubs at a time and use oil and tape (watch a video). It's tiring on the hands to do a thorough job if you don't have a manual occupation.Much is said about using the correct tip for your grooves for correct results. There is nothing I can find online for Top Flite grooves BUT get a cheap jewlers loupe (a couple of bucks) and take the tool tip off so you can handle it and place it in a groove.Through the lense, if you have a decent eye for detail, it's then obvious which tip fits correctly in the groove, all the way to the bottom and fitting to the sides.I can't speak to the longevity of the tool but it made my game more enjoyable.

Surprisingly effective!
Was initially skeptical but after re-grooving my sand wedge, I noticed a difference in my ability to put backspin on my golf ball. You have to be patient when using the tool, so you don’t go outside the grooves. But it certainly rejuvenated my sand wedge. Good purchase!

The seller provided great customer service
The seller provided great customer service. The original item was shipped by Amazon (not the seller) and was lost by UPS. I contacted the seller and he offered to replace the item with no charge even though it was actually Amazon's responsibility to deal with the loss by UPS.I used the GrooveMaster on my 15 year old titanium faced wedges and it worked well. The grooves are now back to as new condition and there is a lot more spin even on short shots.I have large hands and the large soft handle made it easy to use. I found it easier to control if you start at one end of the groove and end in the middle for the first pass. Then place it at the other end of the groove and work towards the middle. After the first pass is complete then just work it backwards and forwards. I wore working gloves to prevent injury because the cutting edges are very sharp.I used it to regroove my 4 wedges and there were no signs of wear on the tool. The tool is made from very hard material and should last a long time.I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anybody who is serious about the game.

works well but takes some elbow grease
The sharpener did it's job, but it took a while and was very tedious.

This works very well. Seeing cut marks/scraping on the golf balls.
Tried it out on my 60 and 54 degree wedges. The shots are now checking up considerably. In fact, the Pro V’s are still showing cut marks/scraping after one month after use. Impressed.

Worked well
I used the product on my Vokey wedges. I've never attempted to do more than change my grips when it comes to my clubs because I'm pretty sure it won't end well, that's why I bring them to "the guy". I watched the tutorial video and several other you-tube's to get a clue. Followed the directions,I practiced on a old club until I got the feel of it, taped up the ends, and used a bit of mineral oil to lube it. It worked, the Groovemastermade a big difference in stopping my prov1x ball. Back to throwing a few more darts in close and readjusting my yardage without the roll outthe worn grooves would produce. I like it so far based on how it has performed in the short time I've had itI can say it worked as expected. Just make sure that it will work with the grooves that you have, (I would think).

Comfortable and Effective: Results = Your Effort
This product works as advertised, as long as you're willing to put in the work. The best thing is the handle--i can see how other sharpeners would be fatiguing with a small handle, due to the force required to file the grooves. It is somewhat difficult, however, to figure out exactly what type of grooves you have if your club predates the rules change in 2010--so i worked my way up from the smallest of the heads until i could see results. The seller is very diligent and attentive and i would recommend this to anyone who understands that you get out of it what you put into it.
