Do these fit over prescription glasses?

They fit over them well, but depending on your glasses, they might not stay up super well (depends on whether or not it can reach the bridge of your nose). They are wide enough to fit over my glasses, but I prefer to belay with just these glasses, since my vision isn’t horrible and then I don’t have to worry about wearing two frames :)

Is this one mirror? If so, does the image you see appear upside down? Or does the image you see appear correctly?

The image you see is right-side up. They are for belaying, so you can see things above you. If you are looking for glasses to watch TV below you while lying down, they are upside down.

What are the dimensions of the prism? Are they glass?

They appear to be high-quality plastic ... No distortion. The dimensions can be easily estimated by taking a pair of regular glasses and guestimating ... currently in a locker and not easy to check right now... sorry

Do they make them for going down a rock wall?
