I don't sleep well. I average about 3 hours a night of broken up sleep. I can't take prescriptions because they make me do weird things. I started at 5 mg of melatonin and my body laughed at me while I lay awake. Then 10, 15, 20mg. All brands. I take 2 of these and I'll get about 6 hours. For me, that's a win. That's a HUGE amount of sleep for me. Now, onto the pill. I like the flavor. It tastes good to me. Is it fast dissolve... yes and no. It's fast dissolve because I bite it with my front teeth, but i can suck on one of these for a good 15 minutes. It takes about 20 minutes for me to start getting sleepy. I like these. I'll be buying another bag when these are gone.

It really works well. I was asleep within 10 minutes. No other melatonin tablet has given this effect. Micro ingredients products are really good.

Great value at a great price! I was looking for more than 5mg tablets at an affordable price and this fit the bill! I dissolve them under my tongue and the taste is incredibly tolerable. No bitterness and not too sweet!

Decent .. but they do not dissolve fast .. they are like chewing on a rock . So hard , you might break a tooth. Other than that , they work well.

Works fast tastes good. Just put under your tongue and say goodnight.

I've ordered this melatonin brand a few times because of the quantity. You get your value for your money. In terms of strength, melatonin even at this strength doesn't do enough for me since I have chronic insomnia. So I take them in combination with my nightly meds prescribed by my sleep specialist and the combo works for me. I know some people can knock out by a high dose of melatonin, but not for me. Overall, if you have normal sleep issues and not as severe as I do, then these should work.

EDIT: I was incorrect. These work if they’re used alone and in 4x your normal milligram dose. I take four of these to equal a 10mg dose in other brands. —— Do not work. I have been taking Melatonin for a while and thought to change brands to see if I was still getting the most benefit from it. I tried this brand. Garbage. I normally need 10mg of my now staying brand. I went up to 60mg of this product and am feeling nothing while writing this. I’m upset I waited so long to say something because I can’t return them now. DO NOT BUY

This has sucralose in it and they do not make that known with the ingredients list before purchasing. Horrible ingredient for those who are health conscious. I have an allergy or reaction to sucralose where it gives me sores in my mouth. Buyer beware!
