I bought one two years ago with my old dogs name on it to hang on the Christmas tree for what would be his last christmas and this year I have bought one for my New Puppy so we can hang them on the tree together. The new one is just as well made as my old one and I dont know if I am lucky but the one we have had is a spitting image of the shape of my Dog so I am well Happy with it

Not as nice as the picture. No hat. No face. Not chrismassy at all. Ordered a cat one too for my daughter. Wish I hadn't bothered.I see they've removed the original picture with the hat and face but if you look at the photos at top of reviews there is one nice one. Don't know why they stopped finishing them properly but at least the pictures are no longer misleading.

A bit disappointed, the German Shepherd design is really plain and not festive looking at all. The wood is quite thin and the hole has been made too close to the edge, I don't think it will last many Christmases!The ribbon is good quality and the presentation is nice though.

I am really disappointed with this - it looks nothing like the photo, in fact it looks more like a camel than a dog! I can’t give this as a Christmas gift - but because it’s personalised I don’t think I can send it back. Definitely would not recommend this item - very poor quality. I only gave it 4 stars because my dog despite being cute didn’t have a hat on as shown in the picture, arrived a lot later than expected only found out when I contacted the seller that it was going to be late.

I was a bit sceptical when I ordered this but on its arrival which was very prompt I was very pleased with the size, quality and presentation. I bought this as a little tree gift for a friend who has a dog. Would definitely buy again.

I've ordered two of these. The first one, a bichon came perfectly, went straight on my tree. The second one was a labrador, a gift for someone, the bauble on the hat fell off straight away and the edges didn't look as neat as they do on the bichon. Very disappointed.

Fab tree decoration. Lovely shape just like our Lab and name engraved is perfect. Can’t wait to put on our tree
