You have some samples that is white on the coloured paper. as far as i know you can't print white. is it a special printer? or is it a sticker?

As you mention it's true that basic CMYK printers are not able to print white color. White is represented as 0 cyan, 0 yellow, 0 magenta, and 0 black. Eventually, 0 ink for a printer that comes out from those 4 toners. The samples showing that were printed by a special printer with CMY+W cartridges. If you are looking for the white color effect, sticker is great idea. But I will recommend the "ghost white toner" and don't forget to check whether is compatiable to your printer. Other Color effects will perfectly work with CMYK printer as normal white printer paper.

Can you use this paper for marbling?

I am not sure what marbling means. Marble pattern design is not good for writing, printing text on stationery paper, because the marble color is too deep.
