These were good.
These are good. Not so thick so if you're shoes are a little bigger or you have a removable insole your in business. The metatarsal support is great but I use these on top of the thin trainer insoles that came with the trainer. There is a slight cushion and the leather is good quality. Will last. The heel support is very slight but the metatarsal one is bang on for my feet 👌

Orthotic insoles?
These orthotic insoles are well engineered, however there needs to be consistency. I bought a pair sometime ago, which helped my feet massively; however the instep of this insole is very different, in that it doesn't arch as much. I'm praying that it will still help as much as the other one has.
