I bought this for my daughter as she prefers Iden's shampoos over any other brand, as I do as well. She uses it on her children's hair, because she found it gets rid of cradle cap and flakes on their scalp on the area on top of their head. Iden's formulas promote and protect your hair and make it look fuller, which is a must for fine hair like I have.

My hair feels thicker and very manageable

This was the second order. My wife was satisfied with this to care her hair at the first order. But the shampoo came out from the bottle when I got the package. So I refunded.Except the damaged package, it is good shampoo and I will reorder this.

The smell is different than used to be

I worked next door to the Iden factory for almost 10 years and have used this shampoo for as many years. I don’t believe this is their product. The smell is different and the consistency is thin, rather than the thicker consistency that I have used for years. My hair does not feel the same after using this product. I really believe this is a bad knock off and not the Iden product it is listed to be.
