GarifonMichael Dougherty's Krampus - Krampus Costume

There are 3 family members in the house big enough to wear this gorgeous Krampus costume. They are trying to figure out who gets to wear it first. We're talking a 14 yr. old (tallest in the house), a 42 yr. old (the mom) and a 44 yr. old (the dad). Whoever wears it will look just like the animated Krampus we have for the front porch. Oh, I also ordered, through Amazon, the Krampus mask and the furry, clawed gloves. Next on the list are the goat feet, also on Amazon. If anyone knows about the legend of Krampus, actually a Christmas notable, this costume is fantastic and very well made.

It is a pretty good costume but I think the chains on need to be more durable though. But all in all, I am pretty satisfied with it.

We use the whole Krampus costume to deliver secret Santa gifts before Christmas to fellow fans. Dark Elves and all! Its a mystery who we are and most of my family can participate. Not everyone would "get it" but we know who would. Nothing too dark just a nice winter surprise. Kinda our spin on the whole Krampus idea.Trim Matches the most recent version of the Krampus mask. Definitely get both mask and costume. It has a light brown trim. It looks a little dirty like the soot on the movie Krampus cloak, which is a nice touch. Big fit but not for rolly-poley folks so very large people wearing it might feel a bit tight. Not a huge santa gut suit. Chains are better than I thought. We add Swiss cow bells to it. Good product and came faster than I had been told.

My son loved his costume this year as Krampus. Fit great. Hes 5'10 170lbs. My husband also fit good in it. Hes about 5'11 and 220lbs. We made some stilts to look like Krampus hooves and make him taller. Made well and will last a long time. Good buy if you will reuse again otherwise a bit pricey.

This robe is well-made for a costume piece. The chains are a bit flimsy, and they get in the way, but that’s not so much of a complaint as an observation. They serve a purpose that is aesthetic, and not necessarily pragmatic. LOLMy only real complaint is that the head hole is barely big enough for my head to fit through. But I have a big head, so thats not unusual. Other than that it is exactly what you would expect... a decent mid-priced Krampus costume robe. I’m going to use it to scare some college kids. 😁
