Is this good for my team? We love to play games socially, but if this is more icebreaker less game, it won't go over well.

I do not know if they are returnable for you. They were for me as I bought them as a prime purchase. These have 3 categories of questions - mild medium and hot. Hot is not appropriate for the work place in many of the questions I saw. We have enjoyed medium and mild. Its a good purchase for team building, getting to know staff etc
