Lesche Ground Shark 36" Step Shovel

My second one. Will be ordering one for my sister in July. Best bulb planting and pot planting a gardener could wish for. Lightweight, full metal one-piece construction throughout the handle. Blades on the end cut right through roots and make short work of plopping bulbs into the ground. Highly recommend!

WOW. Most amazing digging tool I have ever used. Clean plugs,fast and easy to use. I wont have to worry about this beast breaking. I feel that this tool is worth every cent. Thank you Lesche. Now if I only knew how to pronounce that word.

Sturdy well built construction! This will outlive me!

It is great for cutting perfect plugs, however, the foot pad on the back needs improvements. It is difficult to get a good footing, as the step is far too small for my size 14 shoe! I will likely weld side steps on it to accommodate.

It's just OK. I don't think it justifies it's high price. I had to use it to dig up a sprinkler head that was encrusted with roots. It was difficult to cut through even the smaller roots. I will probably have to sharpen it. It is also much narrower than I expected, but it is true to the picture. The step is small so wearing heavy boots is recommended. The saw edge was useless against a root that was about 3", The teeth are far to coarse. I also used it for digging plugs while metal detecting. Also disappointing performance. Not any better than a regular spade. It is, however, very sturdily built so it should last a long time. Again, sharpening could help considerably.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but from first check it’s a keeper.

This is top of the line digging tool for metal detecting. My only gripe is the foot pad is small and my feet are big.
