The product uses thermistors, so you can extend the wires yourself as long as you want. They dont sell it, you have to make it yourself. **Q: Is there a replacement probe and cable that is 15 feet long that will work with this thermometer?** A: I used one from a different thermometer that was no longer working. It is off from the other about.5 degree. If you are good at soldering, you can oprobably splice in enough wire to reach a good sensor location. I don't know why they did not have a long enough wire to get to the outside of a vehicle. **Q: Dose this display in fahrenheit or celsius? the discretion says fahrenheit but the pictures show the range as celsius.** A: It does both. **Q: Do you sell the same thermometer but in Celsius/centigrade?** A: No I do not sell this thermometer however I do use it in some of my applications --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/157076109-is-icstation-digital-thermometer-car-auto-temperature-gauge-sensor-dc](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/157076109-is-icstation-digital-thermometer-car-auto-temperature-gauge-sensor-dc) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
