This is a great soap dispenser. The pump has rusted and it’s been just a few months. They sent a back up for that reason maybe.

Everything about this product and the experience in getting it rates as 5-star.The product came sooner than expected.The packaging was great and well-protected the product.They did in fact provide two pump spouts (but you may not need it as the first one installed works wonderfully).The pump does not spurt or give off farting sounds.The pump spout direction is great, and won't squirt all over you.The overall decor and color is spot on and exact to the pics posted.I read a lot of reviews on a lot of different products and was extremely apprehensive about spending so much for merely something that decants soap (or lotion). Was it enough to have a proprietary bottle of soap sitting out? Sure, maybe. But I put so much time into making my spare bath look so nice that why cheapen it up in the end?? It went perfectly well with my spare bath decor's color scheme, style, and theme.

This is a beautiful soap dispenser. It's larger than I thought it would be, nice and heavy with felt on the bottom. The only problem is that it's quite a bit lighter in color than the pictures show and I really needed something darker. I feel that it won't match my bathroom as well as I had hoped due to the color difference. With that said, I think I will still keep it and put it in another bathroom. It is very nice! And it came with an extra pump.

My ratings for this soap dispenser are all over the place. It is beautiful, well made, works great and comes with an extra pump which is always eventually needed. The low rating is for a major defect. It hardly holds any soap. I am the only one using it and it doesn't last even a week.

While these are nice looking, the pumps leave a lot to be desired. They are hard to screw on (the threads in the pump don’t line up well with those on the dispenser) and thankfully they provide an extra pump because I had one that didn’t work at all. Also the soap capacity is pretty small. I end up having to refill them at least once a week. Overall I don’t feel they are worth the money.

Nice heavy duty elegant looking soap dispenser. Comes with two of the pumps for on top.
