DuPont Teflon Chain Saver Wax-Based Chain Lubricant, 14 oz. aerosol (DCS614101)

I have been using this produce for several years now on various motorcycles and it is great. Easy to apply, does not make a mess, and does not get flung all over on the body parts (at least if you put it on when the chain is warm and let it sit there for a while before taking off). Would (and will) buy again.

Simply the best for motorcycle chains. It goes on thin and drys fast leaving a lubricant film. It takes a lot of grime off just by the aerosol pressure behind the fluid. No need to clean the chain every time.

Amazing product that goes on so smoothly and does not fling anywhere I would recommend this to anyone and it even seems to clean while it goes on so when I apply I hold a towel under the chain and just spray a heavy amount of it and the dirt and grease just come right off is I spray

Does absolutely nothing !

I am in my 44th year of riding motorcycles so I have done my fair share of chain maintenance. In the old days it was mostly gear lube we used and the ensuing mess was never fun. Then in the late 70s Bel-Ray launched the first chain wax. It was a dark brown thick product but it didn't fling off like oil or grease based chain lubes. Forward to 2023. I used to be a big fan of Maxima Chain wax and I still think it is one of the best chain lubes and protectants there is, but it does collect grime, sand and dirt so a chain cleaning is in order every 600 miles or so. Here is where the DuPont chain saver is miles ahead. It goes on easy, never coats the chain thickly and it does not collect any type of dirt. Re-applying some every 300 miles and a chain clean, which is also far easier, once every 1000 miles is all that's needed. For me the significantly less mess in maintaining a chain that no other product can match is the main selling point of this product and it is the only one I used now on our three motorcycles.
