Zinq Technologies 817W Wireless Mouse with 1600DPI for Laptop and Desktop (Black)

Not able to connect to the laptop. After insert the Battery the red light is on. But still it is not connected. There is no USB drive, there is no Bluetooth connection then how can it be connected to the laptop. There is no description how to connect with the laptop no review no video ... totally waste of money. I want money return this and want to buy another wireless mouse.After exchanged 22/19/2919, I want to review on the product.After exchanging the product which I received is good one. The USB is now able to take out from the mouse and I connected it to the laptop and now it's running with smoothly. It is a good now.

I bought two of this mouse just three days ago and had received them in two boxes that contained no instruction manuals on how to operate the mice. When I tried connecting it to my Macbook Pro, it wouldn't connect via bluetooth. And yes, I tried it with both mice. Neither of them would connect to the laptop. I tried emailing customer service and the email didn't go through as the email ID given in the customer service column was invalid. I tried calling customer service, but the call didn't go through either. I can't find any tutorials online on how to connect the mouse to a laptop and hence, am extremely disappointed with the quality of the customer service and am not even sure about the quality of the product since I haven't even been able to connect it to my laptop yet.

Best product on value of money, very smooth mouse you can go for this without think.

Not durable and have connection issues

below average review from me. it doesn't have a on/off switch, so your battery is sure to deteoriate once its plugged in. in addition, it most of the times does the work in exactly two clicks where one is required. even further, it's got the glowing red LED light on the bottom side which was very usual in the old day mouses. today we have moved further to other invisible light systems. it's not moved yet, perhaps. even if that was the end of your plight, watch out for occasional switching off of the bottom light leaving the pointer on the laptop stuck till the LED on the mouse reveives.only the reason it's deserving more than one star is that it still has got the work done, albeit in a long long time.

So this product doesn't come with the manuals, connector is just below the battery slot. it's hard at first to get it out.I called support - Manish was on the line he said: " Jaha see Kharida usko pucho!" I brought it from Amazon!I found the solution on my own, product quality is good (first day).

Worst product no users manual or setup guide available, no dongle available, no info about whether the mouse works on bluetooth or on wifi.I regret for buying this product, no support even after raising the issue through mail.
