The new one was charged up yesterday and it works well - finishing my routine cleaning and there was still some power left! Cross my fingers the new one will last. 5 stars for the good customer service!Update: After 6 month of routine use of my Dyson vac, the battery still holds very strong. I am very happy with this replacement. Two thumbs up, highly recommend! I have been lucky to get a year out of one (have had 4 now) before they crap out after only using for about 30 minutes during the whole period. Will I buy one of these again? Certainly not.
