Long live phone case
I have used this case for about year now mostly because I liked the color and the wallet feature on the back. It was a plus that the magnet was hidden on the upper left corner so you don’t need the additional magnet for my car mount. Due to the material of the case however the sides and corners of the case have started to discolor. I don’t change phone cases often so mostly due to normal wear and tear. I am likely to buy another one since it lasted me a year .* Update* : Recently received a very nice letter from seller and a replacement case. Very happy with company’s customer service .

Pretty happy, but I thought (wrongly) I could do better
I had some key requirements for this case: It should be lighter than most of the plastic cases, it should have a grippy feel so it doesn't slip from my hands like plastic, it should hold a license and credit card. Nice to haves: The credit cards are hidden, it should look better than average.Well, they nailed the key requirements I thought I had. I neglected to consider wireless charging. I have to take my credit card out of this case every night to allow charging. But that extra step means I might as well plug it in instead. Granted, an inductive charging station looks much better on my nightstand, but I was spoiled by my Toru case for my iPhone XS; I didn't have to remove any cards for that to work. Also, when my phone went sliding across the floor, the side of the case hit some wood, and it took a chunk of material right off of it, which doesn't look great. So I spent too much time (again) trying to find an alternate case, and ended up with a Spigen (sliding door reveals a wallet compartment) and a Toru (door hinges open and holds three cards). Well, the Spigen design doesn't work for me. Getting cards out is not smooth, at all. The Toru was heavier than I remember the XS version being, and it also doesn't permit wireless charging when there are cards inside. As much as I didn't like having my cards on display for people to see when my phone was out (and, face it, cards aren't a fashion statement, but a case can be)--and as often as those cards catch on my back pocket when I try to put the phone in top-down--I couldn't help but think the Dockem was the better choice. What would make it a 5-star case, in my view, is: Figure out how to hide the cards or keep them from snagging, offer an option without the metal plate for the millions of us who don't care about your docking system but like the style of the case, make the material more resistant to everyday dings and such, make the black case actually look black (or call it something else), make it easier to reach mute switch, and (if you can figure it out) make it so it can be charged wireless without removing one of the cards. All that said, I may order a new one in gray. This would allow me to replace the damaged case with a new one at a reasonable price, hopefully in a color that look like the description.

Really nice case
To confirm I bought this for the iPhone 11 Pro Max and it fits perfectly. I really like how this feels, it's somewhat soft, how leather should feel (this obviously isn't leather at this price however), and it holds the cards in well. The front has a nice lip that doesn't get in the way but should really protect it from a fall - and overall the case feels like it would provide enough protection except for the bottom where the cutout is large for the speakers, this is an issue for nearly all cases. Protection on the sides and top is really good, it feels like it would easily survive a drop on either. In any case if you care mostly about protection then you can get a big ugly case that will make sure it doesn't break, but I want something that provides moderate protection and mostly gives me a good grip, plus the wallet part, and this does that perfectly. With all cheap Chinese cases durability is the key, but this feels a lot better made than most cases you get in this price range. But first impressions are very good, and it feels great in your hand.

My favorite case
I had this case on my iPhone X for over a year and it held up amazingly well so I got the same case again for my iPhone 11. The case itself is awesome and honestly I wouldn’t change anything about it. It looks great and functions well. Perfect amount of grip. That said a couple things to watch out for and keep in mind when using a case like this:- If you have a metal credit card, you’ll need to take it out before using wireless charging. It’s possible you will have to do this even if your card isn’t metal. For me the charging works with a plastic CC and my driver’s license.- If you’re like me and slide your phone into your pocket with the screen side towards your body, it’s possible that after prolonged use your cards might become slightly damaged from hitting the lip of your pocket over and over. The laminate on my ID started to peel back after about a year due to this.- The cards don’t fit as snugly after a year so they can slide out a bit more easily but they are still secure.None of these are complaints about this specific case, these things would happen with any case of this type. Definitely recommend!

Not good for Apple Pay (double click on the right-side button)
I love this (for the most part). It's replacing an older, more textured one (from the same company, I think). My one complaint (and the reason I replaced the old one) is that the button on the right side does not work well for Apple Pay (the "double click" is very difficult if not impossible to do).. With the old case, the double click worked fine for a while and recently stopped working. With the new case, I am noticing the same issue right away.. Apple Pay is the only time I use that double click.. So I am just using my watch for Apple Pay (and still using this case for my phone). It is a very nice looking case and I love keeping ID and credit card in it so that I don't have to carry a separate wallet around.. Just wish they would make that right-side button more functional for double clicking..

Nicely made.
Nice quality, soft, neat stitching & well made. My iPhone 11 slotted in easily and sits quite securely. The cover fits perfectly around buttons, camera & microphone etc & the phone still charges on the charging pad with the cover in place which is a bonus. My only negative is that the card slots could do with being tighter, the card does move about a bit but it wouldn’t stop me using it & the card has not fallen out, I just would’ve like it to have sat in there a bit firmer. Overall though a lovely quality case for a very reasonable price.

smart case
I wanted a phone case that would hold a couple of credit cards and this has done the job. It looks very smart and feels like real leather. I keep two cards in it and they fit well. I would avoid putting more cards in as I don't want to stretch the case in which case they may slide out. So far this has not happened but I am aware that they could if stretched as obviously they poke out at the top of the slot. I would recommend this product.

A good find if you want a card holder on your phone.
The card carrying capacity is two cards. The shallow pocket leaves the card too exposed for my liking- so I put two in the deep pocket. The magnet works and holds the phone in the car well if you have a magnetic holder. The stitching did come loose at the back in one day, ( hence not 5*) but that is cosmetic and does not affect use- looks good still after a few months of in and out of the pocket! Non slip cover- that is a bonus. Remember you still need to have a screen cover

Soft leather
Great case. Nice soft leather which is quite thin considering. Doesn’t make the phone thick!

Excellent case with card storage, ideal for nights out.
Love the case, feels like the apple equivalent with added bonus of card slots on the back. Only downside, the seams on the edge feel weird when holing the phone. Balance can also feel slightly off.Would definitely buy again though, the material version is very tempting.
