The buckwheat is organic, very good and tasty. I eat buckwheat because it is low glycemic. Buckwheat contains fiber and plant compounds with antioxidant properties. It helps support heart health and lower blood sugar levels. Although I have head some people experience allergic reactions. For me it is a good rice substitute.

I've been buying from this seller for almost one year. Always fresh, clean, and good quality. I love raw buckwheat, it has a natural taste, gluten gluten-free, fast and easy to prepare.

I cook this in my rice cooker. It is extremely tasty and a good value.

So hard to come by! This is by far the best price-quality ratio I've been able to find. It's a shame that these groats have to be rinsed as per the instructions on the packaging. I have no idea how a producer would go about it, but I'd love for them to be guaranteed clean. Also, sometimes, there are very hard black grains in there that you should look out for. But all in all this is what I need and I keep ordering it.

Who’d a thunk it?! For an extremely healthy grain, it is do much fun to eat. I put it in my oatmeal and it comes out like little pearls, soft and chewy…fun to eat. Soak it for about .10 minutes and then just cook together with oatmeal.. Raidins, dried cranberries, dried plums, dates topped off with half and half milk. Love it!

I absolutely love this buckwheat. I switched over from oatmeal to buckwheat for hot cereal. Adding in fresh organic fruits and maple syrup, it is absolutely incredibly delicious. I am now sprouting it and using the sprouts in my miso soup I love that they are hold and I don’t have to worry about the shelves when I am sprouting. I am definitely gonna be buying more of their products.

We ground some groats up this morning and made pancakes. They were easily the best we've ever had and they cooked quick! Definitely worth the price. It's high quality and easy to use. No digestion issues. Looking forward to trying to sprout them!
